Vaca 25 Family Getaway

Wonderful place, wonderful location. Plenty of room. The bunk room was an amazing space for all the grands/cousins to be in together.So many cooking utensils, dishes and cookware made available. The pool was awesome.

Property not ready at check in. Property management promised compensation did not follow up. Pool not cleaned after promise it would be. Stay interrupted by maintenance, management said they didnt need access inside proprty wasnt true.indoors

Amazing home

We stayed at this beautiful home to celebrate the 80 years old of my mother, everyone was happy and enjoyed the amenities the place offers to their guests.Really a short walk to the beach and close to the Sands outlet mall.

Mother & Senior Daughter Trip

Nine recently graduated daughters and their 8 mothers stayed for five nights/five days. Plenty of bathrooms for all of these females! The bunk room was very spacious and perfect to sleep all nine girls. All of the balconies were utilized. Pool area was a plus. The walk to the public beach access was even shorter that expected. House came with a beach set up of two umbrellas and four chairs which was all set up and ready for us each day. Short walk to souvenir shop as well. We had a great time in Seas the Day!

Perfect Location

We had an amazing stay at the property!! The house was big enough to accomodate 17 of us and the location couldn't be better. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the property. It was only surface clean and could REALLY use a deep cleaining, which I thought they did between each guest (at least that's the cleaning fee they charge). Also, the elevator didn't work, which isn't a big deal because we didn't need it but they charge a $200 elevator fee. I've requested a refund but haven't heard back yet. Again, overall the stay was wonderful. The property manager is prompt to respond and the house really is beautiful, it just needs a little love.
