The house was very nice! The description matched exactly how the house was when we arrived. Being able to walk out to the beach easily was great for families. The pool was great for kids. We had a couple problems but the management team addressed them. Only negative was the noise from the other two homes on the side as you could hear inside the home. The property manager mentioned there is a noise ordnance on the homes but that seemed not to apply to the other homes. Overall a nice stay.

Perfect Location

We had high expectations and the property exceeded them all. The space was beyond adequate and amenities really topped it off. This will be our first choice when we return to the area. The Xplorie tickets were an unexpected extra.

The Perfect Spot

We absolutely loved our stay here! The team is so communicative, and were so helpful throughout the whole process. The house is breathtaking, and right on the beach. The house is close to tons of amenities and you can even take the golf cart to dinner! I highly highly recommend this place!! :)

Nice place

Beautiful house, well stocked kitchen, loads of towels. A lot of room. Neither sliding glass door locked. Upstairs dryer did not work and washer caused clothes to smell. Upstairs ice maker did not work. Could not be fixed while we were there. Upstairs hot water heater also went out. Don’t know if it was fixed or jerryrigged while we were there. Other than that, it was great.

Beautiful but Issues that took away our Time

The location and views were breathtakingly beautiful. If we were to rate based solely on the scenery and the house, it would easily earn a perfect 10 out of 10. However, our overall experience was marred by several issues. I did provide management with an opportunity to address these concerns, but their offer of a slight discount on a future stay failed to impress. Among the challenges we encountered were: the absence of a welcome book outlining house essentials, an outdoor grill that remained non-functional until the final day, a malfunctioning upper dryer, washer errors occurring almost daily, arrival with unclean towels, blenders without blades, a scarcity of kitchen linens, no rugs to keep sand at bay, and TV connectivity troubles in the king suite. While there were more difficulties, these particular issues significantly overshadowed our trip. Dealing with repairs, explaining the problems, and the time spent on the phone all detracted from our enjoyment. Given the property's price and our family's expectations, we had anticipated a superior experience.

Beautiful house and great location

The house was wonderful and the management team was excellent. Communication was also excellent. Had one small issue that we found when we arrived and they sent someone out immeadiatly and took care of it. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Amazing House and Views

WOW! Beautiful house and views. We enjoyed the pool and being able to step right onto the beach. House is in great condition and we loved kitchen. Good family memories. Plenty of room. We will definitely be back next year!

The house was beautiful and the beach were beautiful, as always. Great house for a large group. We had 22 people ranging from 2 years old to 86 years old and the accommodations were perfect for our group. Only issues we had or mechanical in nature, and were attended to promptly.

Amazing stay!

Absolutely turn key experience. The management group was extremely attentive and easy to work with. The house is amazing and as advertised. We had 16 guys and everyone had their own bed and plenty of bathrooms. Having so many kind suits was also great. Grill and all appliances worked great and we had the pool heated and it was nice and toasty. Highly recommend.

New Years Trip

We have stayed in this property before and enjoyed it. The beachfront location is great. There is construction on the street and seems there will be for sometime. There were a few hiccups with the house as you could expect with a Home that size, but the property managers were very attentive.

Perfect house at the perfect location.

First time being in a beach house right off the beach. This house was close to Destin and was easy to get to.. Everything at this house was spacious. The pool was great, with the hot tub going into the pool. We rented a volleyball net, but come to find out there was a volleyball net that was setup a couple of houses down. Beach was nice and clean.
