Nice location and beautiful condo. Owners/Management were great with communication. Just had a few minor issues, but nothing major. We enjoyed our stay. Beach access about a 5 minute walk, beautiful on site pool and a great restaurant right by the beach.

Wonderful location for fall break

This condo was perfect for our family of 3. We loved the view of the gulf and the property from the balcony. The stroll to the beach was easy and quick. Pool was lovely. We will be back.

Beautiful view, perfect beachy look & clean!

The view is amazing. We were at the 11th floor & if you go to the rooftop, you can see miles down the beach & the other side of the bay area. The condo was decorated nicely with the perfect beachy vibe. Very clean. There is a door that leads to 2 condos. Then the 2 doors. So if you need more bedrooms, then you can rent both rooms. Directions was laid out nicely. I had a question because Google maps took me to another area & they answered the phone to help me find it. The balcony lock didn't latch. I think we left it in the lock position the night before. It decided to latch when we went out to the patio the next morning. So be sure to make sure that hook latch inside is down. I let the staff know, so I'm sure they will check it out. If you want coffee, bring coffee filters. They had a blender, bowls, dishes, utensils, cooking utensils, wine opener. Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, soap, linen lavender spray, plenty of clean towels for our 5 day stay. If you need kleenex, then bring your own. The property outside is clean & my daughter enjoyed the pool every night. She said she wished she lived there. We'll be back and hope to grab this same room!

Condo with amazing views of the Emerald waters of the Gulf.

Very nice and well maintained condo in a resort area, easy access to pool and ocean, nice app access to all the garage and doors. Read through renters description!! It does provide basic kitchen wares and bath wares, stop at the store for any food in room such as milk coffee, filters for coffee pot, cereal, creamer, seasoning and oil for cooking.

Beautiful view and close to the beach!

Me, my husband, 10 month old baby, and my brother stayed here for 5 days and it was amazing. The view was beautiful and only a few minutes to walk to the beach. Check in and check out was easy, but we had to wait till exactly 4pm for the door to unlock on check in! 10/10 recommend! You can also rent the room directly next door if you have more than 4 people! :-)

Nice Long Weekend

The setup is great. Loved the views from every room. Very clean and comfortable. Parking could be a pain depending on the time of day. We weren’t able to use the parking garage because of the height clearance of 6’10” (we have an Armada with a roof rack). The parking lot fills up during the day due to beach parking. We had to circle the lot one day waiting for someone to leave. The beach is a quick and easy walk. It was very clean, but extremely crowded from all the umbrella rentals already set up then everyone trying to squeeze in their own personal umbrellas. We were also there on a holiday weekend so it may be different at other times. The first day was a bit overwhelming when we first got to the beach. After that it was fine. Everyone was very friendly and there were plenty of places to walk to for a drink or something to eat. We didn’t use the tram but spoke to other guest that did. They all had positive things to say about it. The shops at Baytown are nice. We went over for breakfast one morning and walked around while waiting for a table. It looked like it would be a lot of fun in the evening. We didn’t make it back over in the evening, but plan to on the next trip.
