Beautiful property. Pool was awesome. Kids loved the video games. Great place to hang out with all our family. All the bathrooms for all the bedrooms were a plus. We were a little worried about getting to the beach with the golf cart. It took us several trips each time but with our group someone was always available to make the run.

Groovy Goat is perfect for large family gatherings. We had 32 people there and loved every minute. Clean, spacious and met our needs with a short walk to the beach. Pool is amazing and the golf cart and arcade games are a great bonus.

This House worked Great for us

We gathered family for a week and all worked out great! The home is well located and was laid out well. Kitchen had items we needed. Kids enjoyed the arcade games. The pool was cleaned during the week. The golf cart was great for shuttling folks down to beach. We would stay here again!

Had an amazing stay! Super easy to communicate with the owners when needed. The only issue we had is the freezer not working and it ended up ruining some of our groceries. I immediately emailed the staff and not only did they bring us an entire new fridge but also offered to refund us on the groceries that were ruined. I was extremely impressed with how fast and kind they were throughout the week. I also noticed the pool needing some chemicals put in half way throughout the week, and all it took was a quick email and they sent a pool guy right out to clean it! Great location, very clean, and overall an amazing stay with GREAT staff. 100% recommend for a family vacation.

Buffalo in the House

We were a group of 18, 4 families for our annual spring break trip. The house was exactly how it shows in the pictures, having multiple king suites was perfect for all of the adults, and the two bunk rooms were just what the kids needed. The pool was a really good size for a rental, and lots of lounge chairs in the yard and plenty of umbrellas for shade. The walk to the beach was under 10 minutes, very easy. I would have expected at the house would've had a little more leftover things from previous families, little things that would've been helpful like saran wrap, Tupperware containers, the house had a lot of empty cabinets. We left a lot of things we purchased for the next family thank you

Great Place

We were in Florida for our son’s wedding. We chose this place because of how perfect the room arrangements matched what we needed. Nice setup with the private, separate 2 rooms and den on the third floor and so many 2nd floor rooms with king beds. The place was really clean when we arrived. The golfcart was a great plus. Our family and friends really liked this house for us. Very happy!!

Fantastic Property & Location

We had a great experience staying at the Groovy Goat. The living/kitchen/dining room is even more spacious than it looks in the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and the house is ideal for large groups. We spent a lot of our time at the house in the heated pool and hot tub, which were the perfect temperature for late February. There’s a great coffee shop and a breakfast shop that are next to each other within walking distance from the house. I would 100% rent this house again.

Luxury stay

From the time you open the door until you tour all 3 stories, this house is beautiful & very clean. We had 11 adults & 3 children ages 2 years to 10 years old & everyone was comfortable & could go to their own private space when needed. Approx 1/4 easy mile walk to beach with a private gated entrance. Fully stocked kitchen with an awesome ice maker!! Beds very comfortable. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Golf cart so fun to ride around. Close to Pompano Joe's which serves delicious food. Theyre seafood nachos were great! Pool & hot tub were awesome & we had a blast visiting in & around pool.

Birthday Celebration Getaway

The house was fantastic and fit all of our vacation needs to a "T". Although we made it work having 5 families there we wish we had a bit more parking as only 4 cars could park but that was minor considering all of the other amenities. The bunk rooms were a perfect fit as we had 4 girls and 7 boys and having large bunks worked great. When 20+ people need to eat in one place, the kitchen cooking area and seating was fabulous. Little things like a separate ice maker and even a second kitchen up on the third floor really worked well. It was sooooo helpful not having to lug pool toys with us to the home since the home was very adequately outfitted.

Absolutely Amazing!!!

This beautiful home far exceeded our expectations. The communication before and during was A+. It was bright and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to comfortably cook for 15 people. The bedrooms are huge, king suites with large bathrooms. The bunk rooms are full size beds. TV’s in every room and the kids loved the arcade games. If anyone is “uncomfortable” in this home they have a problem 😂. The pool area was wonderful after coming back from the beach. Lots of amenities nearby (grocery, restaurants, etc.) The golf cart was amazing for shuttling everyone back and forth to the beach. Don’t hesitate to book, I promise you won’t be disappointed. We will definitely be back.

Great time!

Everything was perfect just as advertised. There was plenty of room. Parking was our only issue. The golf cart was definitely a plus. We loved having a pool at our house and we gathered there most of the time. We had a great time!!

Amazing 4th of July

My family and I had a wonderful stay during 4th of July week. Communication was wonderful. Any concerns we had were taken care of quickly. Miramar Beach is also close to great restaurants and shopping.

Beach Bound

Large family gathering of 17. House was perfect. Everyone had their own space while enjoying the community of being together in one house. The property was clean and well maintained and had convenient access to the beach with the use of the golf cart but also within walking distance.

Great Pool Area

Pool area was great,with the screened porch providing a nice "in between" space while drying off The house was very nice and suitable for family casual living. But, it was difficult for some in party to manage getting around between the three floors, even families with toddlers. The on site high chair and baby gate was definitely a plus.The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans for cooking. It would have been nice to have the bathroom linens already distributed to all the bathrooms so we didn't have to carry towels between floors for the initial setup. .Unlike the site photo showing undeveloped land adjacent to the house,it is definitely completely built out all around the property. We had an issue with noisy neighbors next door after midnight one night. Had to finally complain to local authorities. Parking was somewhat limited considering how large the house was and how many families would be staying there.

Family vacation

Property is really pretty, just floors were not swept the greatest. House is gorgeous though. Wish the pool heat was included, it's extra. All in all nice stay.
