In addition, this home is just steps away from Shipwatch's deeded beach access and features a private pool and spectacular lake views.

The first floor of Don't Worry Beach Happy is designed for entertaining. There's a spacious open floor plan that features a living area, kitchen, and dining room. The living area is adorned in coastal chic decor and includes two down couches, two armchairs, and a flatscreen TV. The large gourmet kitchen is located right off of the living area, which is perfect for hosting events at the home. Don't Worry Beach Happy's kitchen includes marble countertops, a stylish tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar seating four. Additionally, there's a formal dining area complete with a farmhouse dining table seating ten that overlooks the pool and lake.

In addition to the main living area, the first floor also hosts a half bathroom and the first guest suite. The bedroom is beautifully decorated with beachy accents and features a king-sized bed, flatscreen TV, and a full ensuite bathroom.
