Beautiful home with a few issues

Gorgeous home but several issues. Drove up to beautiful home with many trash cans full. AC nor large TV in living room wasn't working properly. Secondary kitchen was clearly not cleaned in a while. Meat juice was left uncleaned in frig causing an unforgiving odor that filled the entire room. jacuzzi wasn't working. Communication with management was good and maintenance was sent out quickly to resolve issues, but for the price paid, there should not have been ANY issues. We asked for reasonable compensation for issues but was given only a fraction.
