Gorgeous 4 Bed Townhome 2 min to beach. Miramar Beach, FL
Beautiful, spacious 4bd/4ba townhome #1 at Mainsail Resort. Mainsail is a 15 acre property with 700 ft of deeded beach access for residents and guests only. The resort has a large main swimming pool and hot tub as well as a second pool at the north end of the property. Townhome 1 is located between the two pools, next to the tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and fitness center. Please note that unfortunately the tennis/pickleball/shuffleboard courts are under re-construction and unavaible in 2025. The beach is a 2-3 minute walk from your door and you never have to wait on an elevator. The 1800 sq ft townhome has a main floor king master suite, another main floor full bath, a second floor king suite as well as a queen suite. The fourth bedroom upstairs has a full size bed and closet and drawer space steps away. The hallway bunks on the second floor are perfect for the kids at 5 ft long. The sofa folds out to a queen size bed. Linens are provided for all sleeping options. Your rental includes a free beach setup (2 chairs & umbrella)
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 4 bathrooms and space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
