Absolutely Beautiful! Welcome to your relaxing vacation home. Located in a gulf front community. Located south of Highway 98 in Miramar Beach. This peaceful low density approx. 82 acre, 150 lot beach community boasts a private community beach. With plenty of golf cart parking at beach. With 1,400 feet of gulf frontage on over 4 acres of beautiful sugar white deeded private beach. With a gated beach entrance. A short walk to the community ponds you can fish from.
This coastal beach villa offers a large open floor plan with raised ceilings, large windows, comfortable gathering and private areas, a beautiful fireplace and a private heated swimming pool. Our property is on a half-acre lot and is just 800 feet to the Sugar white sandy beach.
Our beautiful Coastal 4-story Beach Villa has travertine throughout most rooms, oak wood and LVP on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors. A beautiful fireplace in 1st floor living area. The kitchen has almost anything you need to prepare your families feast! There are 5 bedrooms and 2 living spaces, 3 bedrooms have king beds. 2 bedrooms have twin bunk beds. Primary suite, 2nd floor, King bed (sleeps 2). Another 2nd floor bedroom has a king bed with queen over queen bunk (sleeps 6). 1st floor king bed (sleeps 2), and a bedroom with TWO twin over twin bunks (sleeps 4). 3rd story bedroom has twin over twin bunk (sleeps 2). The 4th floor living area, has a wet bar and large sun deck with over 43' of viewing area, outside furniture to relax and watch the beautiful sunsets. The 4th floor living area is14x20 with no beds.
Our neighborhood adjoins Sandestin Resort. You can walk or drive approx. 2 miles to Baytowne Wharf, the marina and tennis is 1.5 miles away. You can golf, play tennis, go to restaurants, see fireworks, a lot of family fun activities. Silver Sands Premium Outlet is 1.3 miles away!!! The amazing shops and restaurants at Grand Boulevard can't be missed, 1.8 miles from your perfectly located vacation home.

Fantastic family home with pool and lovely patio

House was fully stocked with everything you could need and more! With notice, host provided portable crib, high chair and more.Golf cart made easy and rapid trips to the beach. Highly recommend this property.

The kitchen had plenty of everything, and even little things (like nightlights for kids and dark hallways) were in place. We did have a few issues upon arrival, and the Judy was quick to have someone come out and address them.

My friends and I had a wonderful time! The private pool was perfect in the evenings after spending the day at the beach! The location is a great location if needing to run to the store. Only a few minute drive to piggly wiggly or Publix. The owner is very quick to respond if you have any questions. Thanks for a great week!

Close to everything you need, beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. Judy is an amazing host and takes care of anything you may need. The house is fully stocked and just a short golf cart ride to the private beach! The beach is beautiful and not crowded! The private pool is wonderful, lots of privacy! We all had a wonderful time and will be back!!

Overall great stay, needs a little attention!

The property is in a great location with solid amenities. The layout of the house is spacious and allows you to find some quiet time. However, there are some minor items that require a little attention and oversight. The electricity within the house should be evaluated. The lights flickered during our stay and we had to reset the breaker 6 times for the master bedroom. To get the ceiling fan to work, we had to play with the light switches. The pool equipment was broken but the property manager was very responsive to have a pool company and an amazon order delivered the next day. The check in process was a little frustrating. They were still cleaning at the time of check in. I will say, I felt bad for them when I saw the state the previous guests left for them! All in all, this is a great place and we will stay again. The location offers a golf cart, private beach, and pool!

Beautiful Home & Great Location

This home lived up to its expectations. Our family had 6 Adults and 6 Children and we often said it doesn’t feel like 12 people are in this house. The house is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is fully stocked as others have stated. The pool is close to the house which made it easy to watch the children swim from the covered patio area. The kids often loved to night swim too and the pool lights made it fun and safe. The private beach was great and the golf cart made it easy to travel with our things, although we often walked back because the distance from the house to the beach wasn’t bad at all. It’s close to shopping and restaurants without being stuck right in the middle of the congestion of Destin. Our family loved our vacation trip here and would definitely book this home again.

Loved it. Huge, clean, too many stairs though. Lol They have everything you need. EVERYTHING from pool accessories, toys, kitchen accessories, bathroom accessories. They have it ALL. Communication was great. Golf cart accommodated the whole family. Neighborhood was very well kept. Beach was nice! Close! Shopes were conviennant. House stays very cold! Beds were comfortable! Master bedroom on 2nd was great! Balcony views are amazing! It was just so very nice. We will be booking same house in the next 2 years. Love love love!!!

Several unfortunate issues….

Beautiful home with lovely decor. A series of random issues occurred throughout the week. We did not have full access to the house as Housekeeping was there for 3 hours after we got there at 4:00. They explained the guests before us “trashed the place”. A fuse blew that we were able to fix ourselves, the refrigerator broke on the 3rd day and and we had to live out of coolers for 2 days. The pool was not heated until the 2nd day. The thermostats /central air broke as well as thermostat batteries were dead ..upstairs was 88 degrees for 3 days. First the upstairs unit, then the downstairs unit. We were unable to use the upstairs for 1/2 the week. Empty propanes for the grill (I know it’s not supplied, I just wasn’t expecting 2 empty tanks sitting there on our first day when we went outside to grill. None of the patio furniture was clean/wiped down and no cushions on them. The garbage disposal/kitchen sink was clogged. Owners were attentive to each issue but had issues finding service people to come out/help timely. . They ended up bringing a 2nd loaner fridge and the service man left all out frozen food on the kitchen counter when he left. Beds were very comfortable, beautiful bathrooms, nice new Golf Cart, short walk to beach. Owners were very nice and mentioned they plan to financially compensate for all of the inconvenience. We just left this morning so hopefully we will hear something.. I would not discourage you from renting from them, I think we followed a group that too much for the cleaning crew to handle, as well as random things going wrong. Maybe an isolated situation but just felt they were not quite ready for guests. Very nice people though.. beautiful property.

Excellent property! Well equipped home that is ready for a large group. (We had 15) Lots of great perks...golf cart, heated swimming pool, beach chairs/umbrellas, beach toys, beach towels etc... close to the beach and all the dining/shopping areas. Judy, the property manager, was wonderful to work with, excellent communication and very accommodating to our family. We had a great time and would definitely rent this VRBO again!

Seas The Day!

We cannot say enough good things about Judy and her beautiful home! From the very start she was so responsive to myriad questions and she has provided everything a family could possibly need from beach chairs to children’s plates and an electric griddle which we enjoyed using for pancakes. The beds are comfortable, the pool delightful and the GEM car a gift! It made trips to the beach so easy! It was a lifesaver with all the beach chairs etc! Watching sunset from the rooftop with a glass of wine was my personal favorite but all 7 adults in attendance agreed that Seas The Day was the best house and beach stay we have had yet. Thank you so much Judy! Hope to be back next year!

This house had it all!!! Perfect neighborhood for walking. The gem car made the beach trip easy. The pool with the umbrella for the wading section was great for our special needs daughter. Owner was always quick to respond to all our questions. Private beach didn't allow tents was the only downside but we managed.

Spring Break

The home was beautiful, spacious, well stocked, and very comfortable for our party of 14 to have a relaxing spring break. The home was in a great location with walking distance to the private beach, and having the Gem car to go to and from the beach with all 10 beach chairs that were provided was very helpful. We drove to Destin for a few different activities during the week, and it was so nice going back to the peaceful neighborhood where the home was located once Destin was so BUSY! We didn't have any issues while we were there, we were just bummed that the pool wasn't heated once the Gulf water was also freezing cold this time of year, but the pool was in the process of getting heated for future guests.

Wonderful Spring Break Trip

We were looking for a place where we could get away for Spring Break and this place did not disappoint. Judy is an awesome host. First the house is not lacking of any staple or amenity. From the beach chairs, to the well equipped kitchen, to the roof top deck, to the blow up Unicorn for the pool - its all there. The house has ample space for our two families to mix and mingle and get away for a quick nap. The house is perfectly situated to get to the beach and the GEM car makes it easy to get there plus its a short walk. Judy was also quick to respond to any questions we had and is a five start host in her own regard. We can't wait to come back.

Lovely fall break getaway

Relaxing Labor Day Weekend

The property is just beautiful and in a great neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and forth floor patio (great for star gazing) to extend time outside while not at the beach. The cart to get back and forth the private beach was also very helpful for our gear and kids when they didn’t feeling like walking. Judy was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. We hope to come visit again.

First class vacation home!

This home is wonderful and on my list to return. The owners have the home stocked like you are family coming to visit. Everything was clean, the kitchen gear is chef worthy, very comfortable beds, wonderful gathering spaces throughout home, pool floats, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart and the gem car was a treat. The surround sound made movie nights awesome. We easily walked, rode our bikes and drove the gem car to the private beach entrance. The deer that visited the ponds and and singing frogs were a daily treat. The pool was a great size and design for our group. Thanks Judy!
