Loved our stay. Extremely clean with a well-stocked kitchen and beautiful furnishings. The view from the balcony was private and perfect for watching the dolphins every morning. The chairs on the balcony were very comfortable. The beach was never crowded. The elevator was quick and located near the condo. The full-size washer/dryer was really helpful. Excellent WiFi and an easy walk to the beach. The complimentary chairs included on the beach were very comfortable. Great location! Property manager was quick to answer any questions. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Beach front property

We loved staying here. The balcony view is amazing. Such a quiet and quaint place. The beach was not crowded and we love that. Seeing the fireworks on the beach was the first for us and it was amazing. We will definitely book this one again.

Beach House - unit 603D - Excellent stay!

This property is well maintained and looked exactly like the pictures. The entire condo property is very nice. You can tell it's an older building but seems very well maintained. Our unit, 603D, was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes (including decent pans) Everything seemed very clean and maintained. I would most definitely stay again and recommend to friends. The mattresses were a bit soft for me. I'm older and really need a good supportive mattress. All 3 were too soft for my liking. There were ample towels and bedding so that was good. The balcony was a real plus. The high back chairs were great. They are composite material and great quality. We enjoyed sitting on them and enjoying the ocean view. The pool and area was very nice too. I'm happy we stayed here!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Beach House 603D. We received excellent communication and instructions. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed. Access to the beach was a breeze (taking less a minute to walk from our room). We will be back.

Great condo, lacking information

Overall this was a wonderful condo! Great location, wonderful private beach access, and easy to get in and out. However, the HOA does not allow golf carts to park on the property and that is not mentioned anywhere in the listing. I paid over $800 that could not be refunded due to simple information being missing that should have been listed. I contacted the manager and all they said was, “ oh that really stinks, so sorry.” They offered no solution or refund as this is on them for not having the info available when renting.

WOW!!! If I had to choose one word to describe our stay, I would have to go with PERFECT with no hesitations. Beautiful view. Right on the beach. The beach is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and not crowded, since it’s a private beach and you only share it with the other guests at the resort. The beach service with the two lounge chairs and umbrella included was super nice. The condo was clean and it had EVERYTHING we needed during our stay. RealJoy Vacation’s communication was amazing. Very clear instructions to check in and check out. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a great vacations on this condo everything was perfect! 2 steps from the beach amazing views … the only thing was we found a cockroach on the master room. They may put more attention on that! Not a big deal! I highly recommended this condo!❤️

The condo was completely updated and comfortable. There was plenty of parking and the grounds were well maintained. My only complaint was with La Dolce Vita, the company that provides umbrella and chair rentals. They used all available area in front of the condo complex that was closest to the water and left zero front spots for those of us that bring our own beach gear. The most annoying thing of all was that the majority of those spots sat unused. My advice would be to stake out your spot around 6:30 a.m. (they start setting up about 6:45 a.m.), be prepared to pay $40 a day for 2 chairs and an umbrella or plan on walking further down the beach. Other than that minor disappointment, everything was great!

Girls Trip!

Simply Amazing and breathtaking views! Being on the top floor made great balcony time. The condo was very nice, clean and made a comfortable stay. Worth every minute of that 11hr drive! I would definitely recommend this location! Right on the beach, walking distance from souvenir shop and restaurants.
