This Beach Front vacation rental accommodates ten guests with the best location on Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach. Costa Del Sol is a highly desirable townhome development with commanding gulf front views of the sugar white sands and emerald waters of the gulf. With 3 massive balconies, you have forever views and among the largest outdoor living areas anywhere on the beach. Have morning coffee on the covered balcony, get your tan on on the large sun balcony, and have evening sunset cocktails on the third balcony. It's an amenity no other development enjoys and cannot be overstated.
Enter into the main level with open living and kitchen areas. This is a bright space with an inviting ambiance with windows and a glass door that provides sparkling views of the gulf. The glass door leads out to a covered porch that includes a table with chairs to enjoy delightful outdoor drinks and dining. The living area is comfortably furnished with a creamy white sofa, a matching armchair, and a tropically inspired straw woven framed accent chair with a blue patterned cushioned seat. A blue and white striped throw rug along with accent pillows provide a lovely nautical look. The comfortable seating ensemble faces a handsome glass front credenza with a large flatscreen TV provided for entertainment. Decorative art throughout includes vibrant scenes of the beach, seascapes, and marine life. The open kitchen has a generous granite-topped bar with stool seating to enjoy favorite drinks and appetizers. The ample kitchen has honey-toned cabinetry and everything you need to create fun meals when dining in. A convenient half bath powder room is also on this level.

A glass door provides access to an open sundeck where you may enjoy the sensational beachfront views firsthand. An ensuite private bath includes a walk-in shower. Also on this level is the colorful Guest Bedroom includes two queen-sized beds and has adjacent access to the hall bath with a tub/shower combination. The townhome also has a detached first floor suite with separate access and locking door. The first-floor beach level lock-out of Costa Del Sol B4 includes a colorful living area with sofa overlooking the seascape. An adjoining Bunk area offers two twin bunk sets and sleeps 4. There is also a half bath on this level. The lockout walks out onto the covered deck with outdoor shower and beach access is just steps away.
This Miramar Beach location is near grocery stores, wine shops, restaurants, golf, and and world-class bargain shopping at the famed Silver Sands Premium Outlet mall. Its truly position A when visiting the Destin and Miramar Beach Area.

I am very disappointed. We drove 20 hours to get to what we thought was going to be a nice place. Instead, we were taken aback by the horrific smell. The place is very run down, and the cheapest furnishings were used. The whole place needs a huge makeover. Toilet on the main floor doesn't flush well, doors don't shut right and are rusted, vanities are really short (about mid thigh), they used glossy white tile (which was cracked) for the shower floor and it was very slippery when wet and certainly not ADA compliant. There were no extra blankets and the washer and dryer were very small (stackable). I recommend spending a little bit extra to stay in a nicer place. Staying here really had a negative impact on our trip. We will definitely not return. I gave it two stars because there were clean towels and clean sheets. As a side note, we noticed a new BMW in the "owner only" parking space. Perhaps the owner should care a little more about the condition of the property and the experience of guests instead of the car. Just a suggestion.

Overall experience was good. However, i have now learned that Warren rentals does not have 24 hour maintenence so if air isnt cooling correctly your out of luck until the next day. Otherwise, super stay.

Location amazing, but this place needs makor TLC
First, those chair on the main deck and the table are made out of PVC pipes. Table was falling apart. Constant injuries by the kids to their legs. Table was scary to sit on. Kitchen is standard, but only 1 small fridge for the entire house. The ice maker is a joke. Bedroom with 2 queen beds is so small that barely two people can be in the room at the same time. Now, the kids room with the bunk beds in the basement/ lowest level is nothing like described or shown on photos. Doors rusted. Carpet is so old and dirty. The top level beds on the bunk beds, you can’t even sleep. You head is 4-5 inches away from the ceiling and went. The room is so spacious and would need something other than bunk beds and needs an additional fridge.
I would come back only if they fix the lowest level of the house by adding a fridge, adding different beds, not bunks beds and come up with a better solution for that second bedroom with 2 queen beds. Room is not designed for 2 queen beds. My suggestion is to make that a kids room with bunk beds etc and make the lowest level an additional suit for a couple or family bu adding one or two queens beds and a fridge. Basically swapping those two rooms. Location is amazing. We stayed at other costa de sol townhomes and set up was completely different. Basically just how I suggested. MAJOR TIP: replace that PVC pipes table and chairs. Major hazard and total not user friendly. Not sure how I feel about the deposit that they charge and refund later.

Walking distance to Badass Coffee and Dairy Queen...Alvins across the street. The Listing Accuracy got a 4 only because it has pictures from 4A in with 4B.

Mothers Day annual trip
Everything was great except the kitchen could have had more things in it like spatulas, definitely more silverware and cookware. The bedroom facing the street was extremely warm and needs a ceiling fan.
