Sleeping arrangements include a king-sized bed, two queen-sized beds, two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa, making this a comfortable fit for larger groups. Outside, enjoy the fully fenced yard—perfect for letting your furry friends run free—as well as a patio with a grill and outdoor dining area for enjoying meals in the coastal breeze. This home can accommodate parking for four vehicles (two in the garage, two in the driveway) and offers use of their six bikes to enjoy the miles of bike paths in the area. Fins to the Right is located in the Seaspray neighborhood, a charming coastal neighborhood located in Miramar Beach, Florida, just off Scenic Gulf Drive. This family-friendly community features approximately 60 solid brick ranch-style homes nestled along four well-maintained streets, shaded by palm trees and adorned with tropical landscaping. The neighborhood also boasts a secure community pool and deeded beach access.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
