Inside, our thoughtfully curated 854-square-foot space is styled in soft, calming hues and features updated flooring throughout. The fully equipped kitchen offers sleek quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry stocked with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare your favorite meal. Gather around the dining table for four or enjoy a casual breakfast on the 118-square-foot private patio overlooking the Gulf.
The spacious living area is designed with comfort in mind, offering plush seating and a queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded gel mattress. After a sun-soaked day on the sand, catch your favorite shows on the large wall-mounted HDTV or step onto the patio to enjoy a good book and a warm breeze.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king bed and features an oversized wall-mounted HDTV, a closet, a dresser and a recently renovated ensuite bathroom with convenient hallway access and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.
For added convenience, this condo includes a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, and complimentary high-speed WiFi. Step off of your private patio and enjoy direct access to the green space, grilling area, pool, and beach boardwalk—no stairs, no waiting, just pure relaxation. Guests may rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the beach service, bring them from home, or are welcome to use the umbrella and two beach chairs provided in our unit. As of September 2025, the newly renovated pool and hot tub will be complete. The pool will be seasonally heated and the hot tub will remain at 100-104 degrees year-round.
After a fun-filled day at the beach, hop on the resort tram and make your way to the Village of Baytowne Wharf, a vibrant outdoor destination featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment. Good rental for the price. Don’t let the exterior fool you. Not super glamorous entrance but very pretty inside. Pictures used to advertise are exactly what you get. Clean and nicely decorated. Great amenities: full kitchen, enough “starter” supplies to last our family of 4 for 5 days. Great location when not under construction. Walk out balcony to beach and pool (when re-open). Nice to have the tram option. Quick and helpful responses from host through text.

Nice inside condo but construction outside and poor view.
The condo was very clean and updated. Excellent inside. The view was very poor. Disappointing. The grounds were all under construction. Very inconvenient and no pool handy.

Do not book any property managed by BEACH BLUE/Destin Memories 2. It was a terrible experience. I won't get into all of the details; however, due to a plumbing issue the only bathroom in the unit became unsanitary/unusable with fecal matter coming up from the shower drain and getting all over the bathroom floor. Ultimately, the unit was uninhabitable and we had pack up all of our belonging and were moved. The first unit they tried to relocate us to was never cleaned after the previous renters vacated. The unit we ended up in was a studio that was inferior to what I rented and paid for. We had to cancel reservations because of the issue and lost a large chunk of our anniversary vacation waiting for the property manager to try to remedy the issue. When I requested a refund they were unwilling to work with me and basically told me it wasn't a big deal and I should get over it. Horrible company and terrible experience. They ruined our vacation.
