This home offers two bedrooms, two outdoor spaces, an arcade room, access to the white sands of the Emerald Coast resort beach and heated pools using the provided golf cart. This great location gives you easy access to the beach and local attractions!

This elegant condo features two bedrooms that each offer a unique and comfortable place for everyone in your group to relax between adventures at the beach. The master bedroom boasts a plush king-sized bed, soothing colors, and plenty of storage space for your clothing with a dresser and two nightstands. This room has an ensuite full bathroom for ultimate privacy, with a NEW tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom allows for multiple family options with a Queen bed and if needed, the kids will love climbing into the full size bunk overhead. The second bathroom offers a jack-n-jill style that allows the second bedroom to have an ensuite bathroom and be used as the main level bathroom. For convenience, you’ll find a washer and dryer in the condo also.

Cooking delicious meals in the stylish kitchen will be a joy instead of a chore thanks to the sleek white cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The pass through island cut out to the dining room makes it easy to socialize with the whole family while cooking. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, there are six seats available as well as four additional spots in the breakfast nook in the kitchen. Finally, there are six more spaces available outside on the screened in porch in case you want to dine al fresco.

Make yourselves comfortable in the sleek, upscale living room, which has plenty of natural light. Sit back and watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV after a long day of sun and sand at the beach. The kids will keep busy with the arcade games. Step out onto the screened porch or side patio and enjoy the tranquil views and a cup of coffee as the morning unfolds. This is also a great location for sunset in the evenings.
