Everything was great ! This unit looked like it was recently renovated and was beautifully decorated and was a very comfortable stay . The Baytown wharf property has restaurants and shops just steps away from the Condo which was nice. The host responded within minutes when I had a question which was comforting. I would give this unit more than five stars if possible!

Great place for a weekend getaway birthday celebration!

Overall the condo was really good, right size for 4 of us. The place was clean and the location was great, the place is really close to all things, entratainment,restaurants and shopping, and pf course the beach! The transportation to the beach was really easy, the most wait time for it was 5 minutes. Jennifer the property owner was really good on communiting with us. I definitely highly recommended this place!!
There are chairs, beach umbrella and beach toys .. make sure you bring these with you since the rent at the beach is $66dlls for a set of two chairs and umbrella. (You can bring them in the bus (shuttle))

Excellent stay and close to everything.

Absolutely loved the room and how clean it was. The resort was super nice and clean. Golf cart would’ve been nice and an extra week would be even better. If you own two vehicles and can get by with the smaller one, I’d do it, the parking garage is a little tight for my big truck but we made it work. Excellent stay

The pool was nice . I didn't have to worry about my son that has a intellectual disability. Pool was 4ft an 3 as well as gated. I will definitely be back in the future

Enjoyed our stay

We had a lovely time during our stay. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. There were many things to do if you wanted or you could just rest and relax. The owners were very quick to answer my inquiries. I lost the door code and she replied immediately when I sent a message to get me back in the room. Thanks for a great experience!

Lovely Week in the Grand Sandestin

Lodging was very clean, as described, and well stocked. The owner, Jennifer, was very reponsive when I messaged her with questions. Loved being near Baytowne warf! Overall really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend!

Perfect Condo

This studio condo was absolutely perfect for our stay for the Sandestin Wine Fest. It was super clean and the beachy decor was great. The location could not be more perfect for our event. The owner was great. We had a little problem with the lock which was user error..ugh!! She was totally awesome helping us. I plan on coming back to the wine fest in the future and would love to stay here again if it’s available.

Great Location and Room.

The location is great and overall the property is pretty nice. The room itself is as presented in the ad. It was very clean, it had great views and the beds were comfortable. Every morning there would be a loud wind like noise coming from the hallway like they had a vent open somewhere but it was very loud and a little spooky sounding. There is a fairly large cleaning fee but you are still expected to take out all trash to the chute and strip all the linens from the beds. We had a hard time with the door code machine, you have to wake up the digital door lock, put the code in then press a button on the side and then press a digital button on the front to get the door open. There were no instructions for this so it took about 10 minutes to actually get in the room. We were told we would not need a code for the gym but we did, it should be the same as the pool and garage code, at least that's what worked for us. The gym and lobby bathrooms are pretty underwhelming when you think of something being '"Grand", they're all pretty dated. The parking garage was poorly constructed and extremely tight even in a mid-size SUV. So if you are a bigger person or drive a large vehicle, good luck, it is a tight squeeze to park and get out of your vehicle.

5 stars across the board!

This condo was perfect for our staycation. Everything was exactly as described, unit was very clean, and communication with the property owner was 10/10. Jennifer always responded very promptly and was super accommodating. The location of the unit itself could not have been better- just a couple minute walk out to all the restaurants and everything Baytowne has to offer but just far enough that the noise from the live music and people walking around doesn’t affect you at all. Definitely would stay here again!
