This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo will meet all your vacation needs! Bring your furry friend, too, because this condo is pet friendly! Located off of Scenic Gulf Drive, Maravilla 2205's beach access is just a short trip across Highway 98 where you'll be able to relax at the community's private beach. Maravilla is a family favorite with a two-acre private beach and plenty of green space for the kids in this gated community. You'll thoroughly enjoy the resort amenities, like the community pool, hot tub, basketball, tennis courts, shuffleboard, fitness center, and much more. Maravilla 2205 is the perfect retreat for beach vacationing in sunny Destin, Florida.

This is located in building 2 on the second floor. Maravilla is beginning a construction project in August 2024 running through May 2025 to recoat the walkways and the balconies. The balcony may be closed from August 19th 2024 to April 2nd 2025. There will be loud walkway demolition from November 11th to December 9th, 2024, but the building will remain open. The building will be closed from April 19th to April 26th, 2025.

This condo has an open-concept floorplan with a spacious living area perfect for all your family and friends to enjoy after spending the day in the sun. Not to mention the couch converts to a queen sleeper sofa, which is perfect for accommodating larger parties. Your pet will love running across the tile floors unrestricted by bulky room dividers. There's an expansive private balcony accessible from the living area. You can sit back and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from the serenity of your own private balcony. Adjacent to the living area is the dining area with seating for six. Additional seating for three is located at the breakfast bar. Both are comfortably spaced and suited to meet seating needs for all your family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare your favorite recipes in the comfort of your own vacation home.

The master bedroom features a king bed, balcony accessibility, and a full private master bathroom. The guest bedroom has a full bed, and it's just a few steps from the guest bathroom. That bathroom is easily accessible to everyone in the home.

Beach Service is available, but not included with this rental.

Not luxury but gorgeous view

First I have to start by saying the rental co, compass was so amazingly helpful and five stars for kindness and helpfulness. The condo view and location was exceptional. I have been staying at maravilla for 40 years. I know these units have age in them and rental ownership is difficult but I did not like stains on the sofa, sofa cushions that didn’t fit and Tv that didn’t work. I’m aware the worn out wear and tear is normal just felt a little investing could do this condo some Good. Call Century Park Interiors if you want some tips on updates. The overall was good. Parking was easy, check in was easy, beach access was easy and the rental chairs were a bonus - great stay if you’re not fussy like me

This property had a beautiful scenic. Our balcony faced the beach across the street. Nice and quiet ample space in the unit. Wish it came with beach chairs and beach toys but it did not. Rental chairs at the beach were pricey $45.00 a day. Overall beautiful city would definitely return.

The unit needs some repairs which created inconveniences during our stay

The hallway bathroom sink drain does not drain. The master bath has a shower head that is inoperable. The light in laundry room goes off and on(flickers) and when on it is very dim. Had to use a flashlight to do laundry. The location and property is excellent.

Everything was lovely except the place needs upkeep. The furniture is horrible. The dining table is worn so badly the wood needs sanding and staining. Anything with brass or steel has been corroded by the sea. Plus we had ants attack a box of cereal that was less than a dY old. Ed Donovan.

Great Location in Need of Updates and Cleaning

Miramar is a fantastic location and condominium complex. However this unit is in serious need of a deep cleaning, updates and repairs. For the money they charge this should be done. The cushions on the two uncomfortable patio chairs are dirty, smashed and faded. Seriously, how much to invest in new cushions? They are on clearance at the end of summer always.

View is wonderful and easy access to beach. Very clean on arrival. Decor dated and scratches to walls and tile, could use updates. Somewhat expected for a place that allows pets. Kitchen tiny and fridge barely fits inside space. We did not use kitchen for dinners though so it was not a huge issue for us. Overall great stay.
