Beautiful ground level unit with a rare back door walk to the beach access. That's right, no elevators necessary! Just step off your private back deck across the grassy area to the beach access walk way! This unit features 1 bedroom with a king bed and 1 full bathroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room as well. You'll have in room laundry for your convenience as well as a full kitchen and dining space. You do get a bit of a gulf view even from this ground level somewhat limited by the dunes but you can see the water from your back deck.

Beachside Towers on the beautiful Sandestin resort is the place to stay on the Emerald Coast. Enjoy the Resort's wide-open space for jogging, bicycling and just plain relaxing. Lounge on the spacious pool deck for hours or get your feet wet in the Gulf. Take a quick trip to Baytowne for fun for the entire family. Whatever you are looking to do this is the place to do it! The room was super clean and neat. The check-in process couldn’t have been easier. And the location was perfect! One small concern was that we found out the pool was going to be under renovation. Not sure if it was specified in the listing when we booked, but be sure to read very carefully before booking. Thankfully, it was done by the time we checked in. The main con regarding the room itself would be the bathroom; it was not as pictured. It’s pretty small and outdated.All in all, a great stay.

When I walked into the room the first time, it felt and smelled damp. The couches and the rug felt like they'd just been shampooed. The couches are stained from previous spills. I never sat down on them my entire stay. They just looked dirty. The paint on the wall in the bathroom is bubbling off of the wall. When I saw that I knew moisture is, or has been, an issue. I turned the A/C on low and ran the fan in the living area my whole stay, and after a while, the damp smell went away. The bedroom did not feel or smell damp, so I just hung out in there.The kitchen and bathroom walls needed to be wiped down. Using only my finger, I could wipe off some of the spots on the walls. The unit is obviously older, and except for the paint on the wall in the bathroom, it's perfectly fine! The kitchen is renovated, and it's nice. There is a Keurig type coffee maker and a regular one. The measuring spoons in the drawer had been previously used for coffee and were dirty. I didn't use them and put them in the dishwasher when I left. There was no spatula to cook eggs. I bought one and left it there for the next guest. The unit is directly onto the pool, so there's not much privacy during pool hours. It isn't open after dark, so noise isn't an issue at night. There is not a view of the beach from the room. The unit is on the bottom level, but there are a few unavoidable stairs. Beach access is very easy and very close. I went for the beach, so this was perfect for me!
