Wedding week!!

We stayed here for the entire week of our wedding. The house was amazing! There’s an elevator if the third floor is an issue for you, the outdoor area with a Grill patio, and pool is amazing. If there were any issues, it was a simple as a text or phone call and they would arrive in less than five minutes.I can’t say enough about this house!! Only con: one of the rooms, counts as a bedroom, but it’s really more of an alcove. About the size of a walk-in closet with a set of queen bunk beds. The bunkbeds are very nice and large but this is not enough space for four people to share, as there is no walking room. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Great home, but in poor condition, numerous problems

Yays: Great home layout, very comfortable beds, nice and ample linens Nays: ripped & frayed leather couch, filthy fabric on LR chairs, leaking ceiling over island in kitchen so upper tub completely unusable, elevator stuck between floors at least 4 times, mold & scum in showers, broken drawers, only 1 average size refrigerator, several slow draining sinks, several painted wood surfaces worn to bare, entire home interior needs repainting at the least. Pre-Paid for heated pool for 5 days, but only got heat for 3.5 days because “sorry, had to replace a part……should get warmer in next day”. Not a “luxury” property…….very disappointing.

Great house in a great location

We had a great beach vacation thanks to this beautiful VRBO home. There was plenty of room for our multiple families. We did wait 10 minutes to check in and the cleaning person was still there, but he was friendly. The pool was wonderful.

Nice place but needs a LOT of Maintenance/Cleaning. Not an 8 bedroom house

This House is very nice but needs to have a lot of maintenance done. There were tiles missing from the pool. Pavers loose on the edge of pool that was a safety hazard due to potential of lacerations to the feet. The showers had black mold in the grout lines. Dust everywhere. The sliding door leading to the pool was very hard to open, 10 year old kids had to ask for assistance. Clogged drains that was repaired by us. The house has 2 laundry areas and the downstairs dryer was tagged out "Do Not Use" and we were told that it would not be fixed until the Saturday that we were scheduled to leave.. The upstairs dryer took over 3 hours to dry a small load. We called their maintenance guy and he came and could not fix the dryer. Said he would put in a ticket for heat exchanger. That did not help our group at all. The house stated that it was a 1 minute walk to beach and shows the nearest entry gate to beach. Security would not let us in that gate and said that "The homeowner did not pay HOA fees to use". We had to walk 2 blocks to another gate, Texted 850 and they said we had to use the furthest gate.. The Listing stated that it was an 8 bedroom. It actually has 7 bedrooms and a bunk alcove. (Kind of like a closet with 2 bunks and a pull curtain for a door). On the bottom floor we had one bathroom for 2 bedrooms and everyone that used the pool. Overall we made the best of the situation but it lacked a lot compared to what was in the VRBO listing.

Love the house and location

While it is a great layout and location, the overall condition went down from previous owner. Koy the maintenance person was great, responsive and very helpful but overall the house needs some owner TLC. Sheets had sand in them upon arrival and comforters were dirty. House was just not well cleaned. It also had some repairs that were needed. Small stuff but not expected with a premium house like this one.

Great property

Stayed here first week of may ‘22. The house is absolutely beautiful and has tons of space. Stayed w a group of 19. Everyone had plenty of room. The pool was huge, bedrooms and bathrooms everywhere, 20 foot ceilings, and the walk from front door to beach access is literally 30 seconds. Communication with the property manager and maintenance guy was good. I would definitely go back to this house.
