Great graduation vacation

This was the perfect place to stay with a short walk to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the property was perfect size for our group of 6.

Huge condo!

This condo was amazing! There was so much space, and no-one felt cramped. Very clean with updated appliances. Could not recommend more!

Tropical poolside condo directly across from beach

Property is just as pictured. Beautiful pool. Balcony overlooks pool and beach is very short walk across the road. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Condo was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was made super easy through the property managers’ text messages, emails and guest portal. Would definitely stay here again for a beach vacation. Perfect location.

Don’t sleep on this location

The condo was clean, had everything you needed including cooking pots, pans, utensils, towels, washer and dryer. It was 5 of us and plenty of space. Pool view was nice. Beach across the street. Everything was GREAt. Will be returning!!

Had fun

We had a great trip, I want to start there. But, some things broken and kitchen wasn’t all inclusive. It was enough for us to cook at the condo for a few nights. I did enjoy Ocean Reefs check out process. Love beach resort on general and have stayed in other condos.

Spring Break 2022

This was our 10th year going to Destin for Spring Break. It’s always our favorite week of the year, and this year was no different. The condo was so nice. It wasn’t the cleanest (sandy floors and such) but it’s probably hard to expect that on a beach - the sand is hard to clean up well. Beds were clean and comfortable. There were a few minor inconveniences, but the Ocean Reef rentals were very quick to respond and take care of things to make sure our stay was the best. The full size refrigerator and updated washer and dryer were amazing assets, too. This was probably our best week of weather, too! Just a great stay.

Not clean room

I like room,pool very good,my kids very happy,but I don't like how clean this place. Because all bed not chanches after people living...I lost my time to clean and wash my bed sheets...
