Family Vacation

This was the perfect Condo! Private beach, complimentary beach chairs, and umbrella! Walking distance was great - pool was clean! Had all the essentials we needed! We wouldn't have changed anything!

We had a wonderful time. The beach was gorgeous. It was great having beach service and getting chairs and an umbrella. The condo was nice, the kitchen and master bathroom seemed new. The view was great. We had one minor inconvenience with the sleeper sofa not being cleaned underneath, but as soon as I let the property manager know they offered to come up and clean it. We were impressed. The pool was nice. The only complaint I have is that the hot tub was not hot. It was the same temp as the pool. Overall a great place to stay. We would stay again!

THE BEST PLACE to stay for a peaceful and beautiful vacation!!

Being a native Floridian this is the most gorgeous place to stay. It’s clean, updated and the location is perfect for shopping and restaurants. The condo is by far nicer than others we have stayed at in the past. It’s a lovely place to go with your spouse or your family. Loved the high chairs on the balcony. That’s a huge plus when you want to sit and just enjoy the view. Definitely will be coming back!!!

Had a great stay … the property is as shown. Loved the private beach and complimentary beach chairs with umbrella. Property managers kept us informed regarding check in ( which was done at the property)… check out and etc . Wonderful stay

Roaches

Roaches. And they knew it They did have pest control come out but that didn’t help. We slept with roaches on our vacation. Couldn’t even put toast in the toaster. Condo was nice and beach beautiful. However as I told manager when he admitted guests before complained of same roaches then I shoood of been made aware of and move my location. That was not very kind Stayed in many condos never had a roach problem

Amazing!

We had a great time staying at beach house 302D. Everything was fantastic! The apartment had everything we needed, the beach was beautiful and there were so many things nearby (grocery store, restaurants, outlet mall etc). The property manager David was very nice and responsive. Despite the fact that the swimming pool heater was broken, kids and adults had an amazing Spring Break! We will certainly be back.

Family trip

Place was clean. Had great view of the ocean from the balcony and the master bed room . Easy access to the beach. Both king beds are comfortably. Both bathrooms are great. Only down fall is that the pull out sofa needs to be replaced. All you could feel as you laid on it is bars. I would stay there again.

Great experience

Good communication, clean, and staff was responsive with any issues that came up. Kids had a great time on the beach. Bring coffee filters, detergent, a scrub brush, and plastic garbage bags if you intend on using the kitchen and staying a few days. Also bring a Roku as the smart TV does not connect to the internet there.

Best VRBO in Destin yet!

This condo looked exactly as shown online. It was very clean , cheerful and bright. Comfortable beds. Great contact person. Lots of room. Loved that it had 2 king beds. Bathroom was so nice with walk-in shower. Have stayed at many VRBOs, and this one was the best yet. Only criticism is that they should upgrade carpet in bedrooms to tile or new carpet. It was stained and did not match the cheerful decor of the unit. We will book this condo again.

Beautiful views

The property manager, David, was very kind and helpful. Before we ever arrived he called to let us know the place was ready for us. Upon arrival my mom and I were so impressed with the accommodations. It was very clean, and we could tell there had been some updates to the place. The colors choices made it feel “homey” like you are at the beach. The incredible views from the balcony and the sound of the waves made it even more enjoyable. We will definitely come back here again! Thanks to the management company for making our stay memorable.
