Disliked: Cleanliness
The location was excellent, the the rental company was responsive, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space for two. The unit could have been cleaner, specifically the deck. Additionally, the outdoor furniture was older and not very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and there is the convenience of laundry in the unit. It was quite far from the elevator but close to the steps for easy access to the parking garage and pool. I would stay in this unit again.

We loved the Pilot House- we booked again for next year… the location was phenomenal. The amenities were great- the pool needed a bit of care on the edges and needed to be skimmed, but was a treat after a very hot day at the beach. The place was super clean but the door to patio was a tad dirty. Honestly we loved it the place was so quaint and beautiful and just can’t wait for next year.

Excellent Stay

We had a great experience. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was addressed very quickly. The back deck was great as was the pool. If I had any negative comment it would only be that the mattress could probably stand to be replaced; but that may be partially a matter of preference.

Great Florida Getaway

We had a great time staying at this property. It was clean and exactly what the two of us needed. As other reviews state the noise on the patio is something to know before going. The pool was perfect and quiet during the week. It was a great location about 30 minutes from anything you'd want to do! Ps: If you plan for a later arrival contact the property team for exacts on how to get to the parking area, we arrived late and could not locate it without calling the after hours number.

Great rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Since the minute we walked in we fell in love with the place. We loved the fact that almost everything you needed was nearby or within walking distance. The ease of getting to the beach. The family friendly events that happened every night. Overall it was an awesome experience and we would definitely book here again without even thinking about it. The only thing that needs to be changed is the master bedroom mattress. That would be the only complaint but other than that it was practically perfect for our family!
