Perfect for a family girls trip!

This was absolutely perfect for our family girls trip (two moms, two 13 year olds and an 18 year old). It was clean and there was so much to do within walking distance. Would come back to the same place for sure!

Lovely property

This was an exceptional property and great for our short family vacation. We absolutely loved the quiet neighborhood and easy access in and out of the home. The amenities were beyond our expectations and we look forward to another trip back!

Stay at Bahia

This property had a very nice view of the bay through the trees. The deck was large with comfortable table and 4 chairs. The living area was open providing enough room to entertain. The only complains were that the floors needed to be washed and we had difficulty getting our QR code for the garage updated for our extended stay. It took 3 days to resolve this issue.

Disappointed issue was never resolved during our time at the property.

We stayed at Bahia 4324 from July 24-28, 2022. We rented this unit because it was spacious and had a full kitchen. We have been stayed at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort for more than 10 years when we come to Sandestin. This is the first time that we have had an issue that wasn't resolved within hours of us making the property manager aware of the issue. We checked in Sunday and was really excited until we realized that the refrigerator wasn't working properly. They told us that we would have to let the refrigerator run for 12 hours and it should start cooling properly. This was the same response for our entire stay. They did send someone out to look at the refrigerator on Tuesday and they said ice had built up and removed the ice and forgot to turn the fuse back on for the refrigerator start running again. They had another guy name Woody who was very nice and try to accommodate us as much as he could. I tell you all of this to say the refrigerator was never fixed, so we had to eat out everyday for every meal. The property manager offered to send us $100 instead of the normal $25 due to our inconvenience. Three people eating every meal out is way more expensive than $100. If you rent a property with a kitchen, the expectation is you will be able to utilize the kitchen. I just didn't appreciate the way the situation was handled. If this property was checked as thoroughly as the contract states they would have known about the refrigerator and knew the second bathroom tub drained very slowly.

Everything you could want!

Very spacious! We have rented in this area before. We absolutely love staying in Baytowne and this placed did not disappoint. Balcony view of the bay and the quieter side of the building. Loved having the parking deck and parking access to the beach across the street. Wonderful pool and loved being able to walk right into Baytown to get food, enjoy the other neighborhoods to walk around in and the playground for our son. We will definitely book again! Only down side was the tvs in the guest room and master did not work. But we only wanted that for our son it was not a deal breaker.

Great unit, great location but…

This unit was in a great, convenient location and super spacious! It was clean but the unit and building’s age is showing- only to top half of each electrical receptacle worked and even worse the air condition didn’t! Management did send someone out to try and fix but the compressor was shot and the owners will need to replace the AC all together. They placed a portable in one of the bedrooms which was ok because it wasn’t too hot during our stay. Overall I’d rent again but I suggest confirmation AC works!

The owner had Ordered a new sleeper sofa that was supposed to be delivered on the day that we arrived. The couch was too large and couldn’t be put into the apartment. The management company gave us an air mattress on the second night we stayed, which was good. The apartment was very clean except for the floor was extremely dirty. We couldn’t walk without shoes for more than an hour or your feet became disgusting. We reached out to the management company a few times about compensation for paying for a six person sleep arrangement when it was only four and have never heard back. We spoke with someone on the phone at the management company and they said they would compensate us but I’m still waiting.

Our stay at this property was awesome! If I had to list any suggestions/complaints I would say that another nightstand needs to be added in the master bedroom and the ducts in this unit seem to be in desperate need of cleaning because every time we turned on the heating/air conditioning unit we noticed that a lot of black debris started falling from the vents and was getting all over the floors in every room. It was more in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms than any other place in the condo. Overall a great stay!

Good views nice size balcony

This is a clean condo with a very nice kitchen. There are lots of places to hang out and eat. The views from the windows are great. Would recommend staying here.
