This stunning 8-bedroom, 8.5-bath retreat is just a 2-minute walk to the private deeded beach access. The backyard oasis is a showstopper, featuring one of the largest private pools in the neighborhood (30’ x 14’), a hot tub, tanning ledge, LED lights, and complete privacy thanks to a 6’ stucco wall. Lounge in style with plenty of Polywood seating and dining space.

With parking for seven cars and an elevator to all levels, convenience meets elegance from the moment you arrive. The main floor boasts an open-concept living space with a gourmet chef’s kitchen, dining for 10, a spacious living area with an 85” TV, and a summer kitchen overlooking the pool for effortless indoor-outdoor entertaining.

Every chef will delight in the professional-grade kitchen, complete with a 48” Z-Line gas range, Bosch refrigerator, dual dishwashers, and all the cookware and serve ware needed for groups of up to 30 guests.

The second and third floors offer sleeping quarters for 25, with every adult bedroom designed as a luxury suite featuring a king bed, private bath, and spa-like finishes. The second floor includes four king suites (two with balconies), a coffee bar, laundry, and a game loft with sleeper sofa and 65” TV.

The third floor is home to three more king suites and a custom-built bunk room with two twin/twin bunks and a twin/queen bunk, plus an adjoining bunk/media room with a twin/twin bunk—perfect for teens or kids. With three tub/shower combos, five walk-in showers, and two laundry areas, every detail is designed for comfort and convenience.

Take your morning coffee to the rooftop terrace for breathtaking gulf views, sunrises, or dolphin sightings. With luxury finishes, endless amenities, and space for the whole family, this home is the perfect backdrop for unforgettable Destin memories.

Beach Service: Complimentary Beach Service Available From Property March 1st - October 31st! This includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM! (Starting the day after arrival)

It’s as easy as “Yes Please” and We’ll Charge the Card on File and Deliver by 1 PM on Check In Day! Reserve Today and Save!

VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Private Elevator - This home features a private elevator for an optional fee of $350 (Guests who opt out of the fee will not have the elevator for use during their stay). *Private Elevator for Baggage or Guests Unable to Climb Stairs ONLY.*

Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $125/day or $875/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay, Spa IS Controlled Separately from Swimming Pool. Spa ONLY heat can be purchased for $50 per day/$350 per week starting May 1st -October 1st ONLY. Please contact office to add this to your reservation.

Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets. *Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.*

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

* WEDDINGS/EVENTS: All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $750 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings.

* This home rents Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer. College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older, with the exception of children in families.

* Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs, with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*
