Be one of the first families to stay in our custom built 6-bedroom/7 bath beach house! Coastal style is our theme, main floor features a Master on the main with full on suite and walk in. Be prepared to be wowed with our main floor open concept living space! Double slider doors open to our beautiful pool and sundeck! Custom kitchen with gas stove, hidden pantry, and access to the sundeck and BBQ! Second floor features 4 full bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a full-size laundry room. Top floor enjoy our games room/bunk room! Lots of fun for kids of all ages and another full bathroom. Enjoyable AC, iron, washing machine, heating, hair dryer, and WiFi are available for guests. Plenty of space for the whole family and beyond in our 4000 sq ft piece of paradise. Golf cart included and steps to Miramar Beach!

The house was in a great location. Safe, gated community; walking distance to beach. The house was beautiful, great stocked kitchen, great 3rd floor setup for kids! The pool and area has a great set up with lounges, outdoor dining and grill. Clean, beautiful bathrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return, and we do recommend this house!!

House is great for large families or multiple families. The check-in was easy. The kitchen was large and had everything needed for cooking. The driveway only really held 3 cars, but the garage held the 4th vechile and the golf cart was parked on the side pad, so no issue. It's a gated community and access to the beach was made simple with the golf cart.

Everything we needed for a fun filled beach vacay! The property was located close to the beach but the pool was the perfect way to end the day. The house has a great set up with plenty of space! Quick and friendly response from property manager!
