This was the perfect place for our group! I loved being so close to the beach, but also on a quiet street to get away from the crowds. The golf cart was so convenient. It was great to be so close to two public beaches. The heated pool in the backyard was lovely. The owner was super responsive. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook whatever we wanted.

Loved this property! Close to beach, shopping and our favorite restaurants. The home is very well cared for. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked for all cooking needs. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing in the pool or cooking on the grill. Plenty of seating and even had a grass area for kids to play. The golf cart is a plus and makes getting around very easy.

We loved our short stay at Aqua Reina. The backyard was fantastic, and the heated pool was perfect since it was cooler weather during our stay. The house was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described in the listing and photos. We especially enjoyed cruising along the scenic highway on the golf cart—it was a highlight of the trip. Overall, a great stay and a place we’d happily return to.

The experience here was great! As everything worked as expected from the pool to the golf cart. Having the cart available was great to have and get around. The pool was clean and well maintained. The host was able to answer all my questions in a timely manner which made for peace of mind leading up to our check-in. Will be bookmarking this location and staying for future vacations! Thanks for everything!

We had an incredible stay at Aqua Reina and couldn’t have asked for a better beach home! The location alone is hard to beat—tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac and just a short walk (or ride in the golf cart which we enjoyed!) to the sugar-white sand beaches of Miramar Beach.The house itself is modern, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out for groups. With four bedrooms, multiple en-suite bathrooms, and plenty of space to spread out, it comfortably accommodated our group for our quick New Year Trip. The bunk room and sleeper sofa were perfect for kids, while the upstairs bedrooms offered privacy and comfort for adults.The backyard was a true highlight. The heated pool is enormous and beautifully designed, with plenty of seating for relaxing, gathering, and enjoying the outside. It felt like a private resort. The garage gym was an unexpected bonus—well-equipped and great for keeping up with workouts even while on vacation.Everything we needed was provided, from linens and starter toiletries to a well-appointed kitchen. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the home felt welcoming and well cared for from the moment we arrived.Aqua Reina strikes the perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and convenience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable Emerald Coast getaway.

What a great vacation! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the house is super close to restaurants and the beach! The golf cart makes getting around convenient (and is just fun to ride in). We loved the outdoor space - the heated pool was great and we enjoyed sitting on the back patio both day and night. The house is really nice and well-appointed (even has a cute coffee station). We had everything we needed for our stay! And Connor was a great host - very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We will most definitely be back!

This place was perfect for our trip. The pool and outdoor space were a huge hit and we loved having the golf cart for quick rides to the beach and nearby spots. The house had tons of space to spread out and everything felt well thought out and easy to use. The neighborhood was quiet but still super close to everything. Overall it was an easy comfortable stay and we would absolutely book again.
