House was clean, functional, and comfortable. Location near beach was very good. Location of townhouse in community was safe and private. We were very comfortable. Lots of alternatives for walking dogs were available.

Great property

The interiors were thoughtfully designed, clean, and cozy, making it easy to feel at home right away. We especially appreciated how everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to extra towels—was readily available. The hosts were also attentive and responsive, which made the whole experience seamless.

Great place for family vacation!

Jerry and Liron were excellent hosts! Their condo was very clean and had everything we could possibly need for a great week in Florida. We had a group of 10 and we all felt like we had plenty of space. The condo is a short walk to the beach and the pool was very quiet and relaxing. The hosts are extremely good with communication and helping with any needs you may have. The wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys were so nice to use at the beach. The check in and check out process was very simple. We will definitely stay here in the future! Thanks for everything

New year vacay

Loved this place ! Close to everything we wanted to do, l Have stayed with them for the past 3 years, diff townhomes but in the same complex for the New year holiday. Each time was great. Would definitely stay here again .

Hurricane Milton Getaway

I was so pleased this property was available to get away from Hurricane Milton. My Tampa family had a great time at the beach and visiting the area. The house was perfect for us. We made lots of memories.

Family friendly getaway

The property was great for my family. They had plenty of kid friendly plates, bowls, utensils. They also didn't have a lot of knickknacks that I had to worry about or move. The house was very clean and comfortable. Plus all the switches were labeled which was definitely a highlight for me. The location was close to the beach that you could walk. We chose to drive and park down the road a bit. They also had beach carts, toys, chairs available.

Very peaceful townhome

Very nice property, tucked back almost at the end of the complex, close to the pool. The only small drawback is there is not a sidewalk when you walk to the beach until you come to Hwy 98. The road is not a busy road, however, so it was not a huge problem.

Clean and well maintained

Two families stayed. Spacious. Owner was very attentive but we had no problems. Well stocked kitchen. Walk to beach was more like 10 minutes, without sidewalk. Unfortunately the beach access did not have a ramp which made it difficult for a single mom. A new ramp is being built a little ways down.

Easy and convenient

We had a great month in this property and already miss it! We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 small dogs. The location was quiet, and convenient to all services and the beach. Everything you need for a day at the shore is provided. The back patio is a great place to enjoy the sun and the shade, and makes it easy to take the dogs out. Everything was clean and comfortable the host was easily available and responsive to questions and making sure we had a great stay. We will definitely use this unit again or any of the other units at this property provided by this host when we return to town!

Great house at a reasonable rate for families w/ pets.

Our stay here was very comfortable and the house was very roomy. We were 4 middle-aged to senior adults w/ a small dog and there were still 6 bunk beds unused that would have accomodated kids if we had them. Very good location. Responsive owner. Very nice stay.

Wonderful family spot for all ages.

So happy we were able to find this gem! The house was extremely clean. We are a family of 8 and the kitchen was equipped with enough utensils and plates/bowls/cups. Stocked with plenty of towels and many pillows per bed (rare!). The beach wagon was extremely useful which also had an umbrella, canopy, and plenty of beach chairs. The only downside was the walk to the beach with no sidewalk, but the distance/time to walk to the beach more than made up for it. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends if anyone would want to go to Miramar beach.

Great Vacation

The property was very clean. Check in was very easy. The beds were all comfortable (including bunk beds). The pool was nothing fancy, but it was convenient and not super crowded. The house itself and furniture was nice. Basically, the listing was very true to the actual and we found everything to be in good working order. The only negative about the property itself is that we brought a lot of food and ate several meals in. There was not nearly enough cabinet/pantry space for the food and drink that we brought and it basically took up a lot of counter space that was needed for prep. Overall, a very nice property and area. It was a few blocks to the beach, which was disclosed in listing But, there were no sidewalks on the street to get down to the crosswalks for the beach. Since we had little children with us, we had to keep a very close eye on oncoming traffic and make sure we had a hold of the children at all times. We had beach wagons and carts and took them to the beach each time. However, when you get to the beach, there are ramps that get you part way to the beach, but then there are a bunch of stairs to get you down to the beach and we had to carry the heavy wagons down and up the stairs each time. This was NOT unique to this property and not a reflection on the property owner. Beach goers from other properties in that area all had to deal with this same thing.

Family Time

Conveniently located to the beach. 10 minute walk. Property was clean and provided ample space for 5 adults and one toddler. Plenty of space inside and outside for relaxing and chilling out.

Overview

Rental was comfortable and well maintained. Decorated with ocean and beach theme. Had problems with permanent next door neighbor with barking dog most of the day when the owner went to work. Another unit far right from the back of the unit was loud with people over for two night so we could not even sit outside. With an emphasis in your rules about consideration of others, the rental failed us. We left a message with Jerry but got no response. Even though we liked the unit and loved the closeness to the beach, we would not consider renting in the future.

The house was spotless,the owners have thought of everything, pool floats,a beach wagon and chairs,plenty of towels,all the appliances and cookware that we needed. The only negative thing I can say is that you are right beside the neighbors, other than that the stay was perfect!!

"We had a great time! Your place was clean on arrival. It was very quiet and we enjoyed having coffee in the morning on the back porch. The beds were very comfortable. The beach cart, chairs and umbrella were awesome to have provided. The kitchen was stocked nicely with the immediate necessities. Having a hose on both front and back porches made washing off feet easy, coming back from the beach. We loved having the keyless entry. It was nice not having to worry about carrying a key to the beach!

Excellent Vacation 🏖👌

Charming townhouse at Ohana Destin, beautiful home decor and very comfortable place . So far, excellent vacation with our family , peaceful and fun. Definitely, we’re planning to stay for the next summer vacation. Perfect Spot ** * very quite neighborhood and it looks a safe area. All the Amenities that you provide in the house is stunning :) We like so much the idea about keyless at the entry. Regarding to .- the pool area we haven’t been there we’re beaches lover.... .- garage looks good . .- the BBQ area here in the house looks great, having both patio front and back very restful. .- Easy going down to the beach area just 5 minutes walking. .- Restaurants , groceries and shopping area very close by... .- Perfect location for us :) .- very important for us the beaches were not crowded. Jerry and his wife care so much about these properties because it feels like home as a guest, specially with little kids . My kids has been enjoying the Roku channel, now we have a new app they can watch at home. Thank you Medrano’s Family 🏖

Great Townhome

Location was great and townhome was just as described, quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Very clean and had plenty of towels, even had a beach wagon and extra beach chairs we could use. Pool was a nice addition we used when the weather was too cloudy for the beach. Although we wish there were more trash bags, napkin rolls and dishwasher soap we made Jerry aware and be let us know to reach out in the future as their property manager could accommodate. We will definitely be using this townhome again.
