Absolute Best 3BR/3BA condo in Seascape!

This condo has been described as the prettiest, best-done condo in Seascape Resort (or maybe the whole Scenic 98 corridor). Three full-size bedrooms, each with an attached full bath, and plenty of room for your family to stretch out. Ten foot ceilings, two screened in porches, and 1600 sf of living space. This single-level condo is set up with three King BR's, including a master suite with a bath featuring a custom double shower and soaker tub, and attached screened in patio overlooking the golf course and Stewart Lake. The other two BR's have fully tiled bathrooms. All have lots of custom built closet space and HDTV's. The 1600 sf condo is a ground-level unit, with large fully-equipped kitchen with new stainless appliances, coffee bar, plus a spacious dining and living room. The screened in porch off the living room even has another HDTV, and there is a outdoor patio with dining table and gas grill.

The beach access is a short walk from your door and two of Seascape's five available pools are nearby. Seascape's 2000' dedicated beach was selected by Conde' Nast magazine as the best beach in Florida, with wide expanses of powder white sand, great beach amenities, and with the only structure allowed on the beachfront being the Whale's Tail Beach Bar and Restaurant, a local icon. Seascape Resort offers a variety of activities. In addition to the spectacular beach, the resort features a championship 18 hole golf course, one of NW Florida's premier tennis facilities, and a brand new pickleball facility.

This condo is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. During the summer season (Memorial Day weekend 'til mid-August) this condo is ONLY available as a weekly rental, Saturday to Saturday. Call Steve at 205.222.5757 for available discounts.
