Great location and fantastic views

Spent a week with the family and loved it. Lots of time on the beach, and on the balcony taking in the great view. Apartment itself is very nice, and the updates make it stand out. Sandestin is perfect balance - lots to do near by but much less crowded than Destin and Seaside. Already talking about coming back next year.

3rd time staying in this condo and we love it!

Third time staying in Pelican's Perch since September 2022. Love Tops'l and this super clean condo with nice renovations in 2023. Great view and access to beach and pool. Close to Destin or 30A. Good communication and info from Management team make check-in / check-out easy. Can't wait to go back and book again, hopefully this Fall.

Luxurious Panhandle Escape

This condo is a true standout among the stunning beaches of the Florida Panhandle. From its captivating decor to the breathtaking views and prime beachfront location, it exceeded all expectations. Tucked away from the crowds yet conveniently close to amenities, it offered the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. While the beds could be more comfortable and the cookware upgraded, these minor details didn't overshadow the overall exceptional experience. Already planning my next visit to this unforgettable retreat!

Amazing Views and Beach Access

Not only was this unit beautiful, it was also fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking and relaxing! Incredible views from everywhere! Such a nice resort and beach. Super easy checkin too! Definitely would stay again!

2nd time staying here and would do so again

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo in Tops'l Resort and will do so again if it's available for our next trip. We really love this place. Condo location within the building is great, on a 4th floor corner and steps away from stairs that lead to poolside and beach in about 2 minutes. Large balcony on side of unit that overlooks pool and beach. Unit was renovated earlier this year with updated kitchen and baths, new flooring, etc. Looks great! The only minor trouble or inconvenience we had was that the Wifi is very sporadic and made it hard to watch TV or get online. I ended up connecting my own Ethernet cable from the Wifi router to the TV in the main room, and this fixed the TV issue, so seems to be a problem with the Wifi itself and not an Internet service issue. When joining the Wifi, your device will show at least 10 other available networks throughout the building, so perhaps Wifi channels are overly crowded. Owners/managers may want to consider enabling 5GHz band and/or restricting 2.4GHz band to Channels 1, 6, or 11, and limiting 2.4GHz channel width to 20MHz only (not 40MHz).

Perfect beachfront condo

This was one of the best stays we’ve had in Destin. The condo was beautiful! It was clean, spacious, and equipped with all necessary items for cooking, cleaning, and relaxing. Perfect for our family of four! It was my husband and our two boys. The kids will love the close access to the pool and beach. We loved having a view of the ocean. Restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and attractions were close by so it was a convenient location in the heart of everything. Jane, the onsite manager, is amazing!!! We’re already looking for dates for our next trip.

Very Nice

Property was as described - extraordinarily convenient to the pool and beach. Unit is updated, clean, and in my opinion in the most prime location of the resort. Property manager made arrival and stay welcoming. Would stay again.

Great ocean view

Really nice- internet out for two days after storm- no ones fault but staff was great-need trash cans in bathroom- great view of ocean- no instructions on tv as how to get channels- could not figure out who carrier was- overall visit was really nice and we will come back

Breathtaking views from every room!

Property was in the midst of a refresh, but overall we were very very satisfied with the condo! The ‘best pool’ was off limits, but kids preferred the beach to hunt for crabs, ride waves and play volleyball anyway

Beautiful condo in a great location

Loved the condo and Tops'l resort. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated with a high-end feel. Lots of windows, especially in the living room, for enjoying the gulf views. Balcony overlooks beach and pool, and we enjoyed sitting and listening to the music that was playing at the pool bar each afternoon. Condo is also steps away from a stair case, so you can head down to the pool area or the beach in literally a couple of minutes. Enjoyed sitting in the shade at the pool bar and chatting with folks while my wife laid out in the sun. Tops'l resort is convenient to both Destin and 30A, so it's easy to get out and explore. I'm already searching for available dates to book this place again.

AMAZING VIEWS & LOCATION!!

We booked this condo based on the location and views (plus the awesome amenities), but I can tell you that those pictures do not do it justice - its way more beautiful in person, especially when the Gulf is so turquoise and aqua blue!! We had a small AC issue, but the owner replaced the unit and provided fans for us to stay cool. We loved it so much we already booked it for 2023! Highly Recommended if you are looking for a relaxing, non-crowed beach in FL. Very close to shopping and other great beach activities... One item I would recommend, call the beach chair service 2 weeks before your stay, its the only way to get front row chairs on the beach. See you next year!

I would book at this resort and room again!

Clean, comfortable, and relaxing.. Condo was decorated very nice. Cooked in and ate dinner several times at poolside bar. The balcony had nice seating and was perfect for coffee and sunset cocktails. Walls and glass well insulated so didn’t hear pool/beach activity. Beach services were A++!

Great stay

Easy check in and everything went smoothly. Excellent view. Noise level from the pool and music was minimal when you where inside the condo. The distance to get to the beach and to the beach bar is far but if your not carrying anything you can just go down the stairs from the 4th floor. Needed some light bulbs replaced. I would stay here again.

Beautiful property!!!

We absolutely loved this resort and this condo. The pool and beach access were extremely convenient. We loved the gulf pool, the views of the crystal clear ocean. The condo was extremely clean and well decorated with comfortable furniture. A few comments(none of which would downgrade this 5 star rental)- the fridge alarm went off the entire stay after each time we opened the fridge to get something out, and there aren’t bedroom dressers to unpack. They do have a suitcase stand in the closet. We also loved rick at the gate access and the rest of the friendly Tops’l staff!!

Breathtaking Gulf Views And TWO Master Suites!

This luxury end unit in the exclusive Tops'l Resort was peerless in every respect! - Walls of floor-to-ceiling unobstructed views of the gulf. - We have stayed in many two-bedroom beachfront condos before but this was the first one that had TWO generously sized gulf facing master suites. - The unit was so close to the Gulf, that you could hear the waves hitting the beach. - Two balconies to enjoy views of the beach and the gulf-facing pool deck. - Tasteful and solid beach-themed furniture. It didn't have that souvenir shop look that you find in many beach condos. - We really liked the comfortable king beds and couches. It's hard to describe just how beautiful and convenient the resort was. - Lush manicured grounds as far as the eye can see. - An abundance of walking paths and sidewalks. - A pleasant surprise was that just next door is Tops'l Hill Reserve State Park. 1,600 acres of undisturbed Florida tropical forest. We were excited to see a few wild deer on the Tops'l grounds at night. - The resort’s location in Miramar Beach was convenient to all the popular local attractions including Baytown Wharf and Sandestin, but without all the maddening Destin traffic. - We appreciated the proximity to grocery stores, Grand Boulevard, and of course Silver Sands Premium outlet mall. Publix’s famous key lime pie was minutes away. - The boardwalk to the beach was clean and was well lit at night. - The property was so large it felt as if was as if you had it all to yourself. I only had two quibbles: - The televisions were a bit dated and need to be replaced with "smart TVs" that offer simplified remote controls and streaming program options such as Amazon Plus and Netflix. - The refrigerator’s "door left open" warning feature needs to be adjusted. We definitely plan to rent this unit again!
