Great Property

The property was everything expected and more. A great property enjoyed by all. Great common spaces and outdoor spaces. Beautiful area close to major beach.

Beautifully maintained property in small Portuguese town

Hostel turned VRBO. Large property, spacious house, beautiful gardens, great pool, well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful, quality furniture and decorations. Wonderfully clean. Address is not properly searchable on google maps, so we first ended up at the wrong location and had to call for directions. You should search for the NAME of the hostel on google maps, and not the address. The owner lives in the house, which was a surprise to us post-booking, since we chose a VRBO option to avoid the Covid-19 exposure of a hotel setting. Per our request, she stayed at her sister's during our stay, but came to the property daily to water the garden and feed the animals. If you don't enjoy animals, or are allergic to dogs/cats, this property may not be for you. Two large dogs are kept in a pen behind the property. They are friendly, but they do bark. A cat lives in the house. A German Shepherd belonging to the owner's sister jumped the fence one afternoon. All of the animals were friendly and interacted with our children. We enjoyed our week at the house and the proximity to the town of Aveiro, which we visited during our stay.

Hemos estado una semana, 4 parejas de amigos con niños. La casa estaba genial, mejor de lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos. No faltaba ningún detalle, mucho espacio tanto en la casa como en el jardín. Limpieza impecable y Matilde la anfitriona, un encanto. No se puede poner ninguna pega, de 10.

Sítio excelente para ir passar umas ferias. Fui com um grupo de 14 pessoas e todos adoramos a experiência. A Matilde é a pessoa mais simpática que já conhecemos, muito atenciosa sempre disposta a auxiliar no que for necessário. A casa é enorme, piscina incrível e o espaço é deveras aconchegante, todos nós sentimo-nos em casa.
