Located halfway between Bordeaux and Arcachon, in the town of Mios, near its city center and all its amenities, our cottage welcomes you for your stay in a quiet and residential environment. Housed in a contemporary independent house on an enclosed plot of approximately 730m², you will have a terrace and a garden with an above-ground swimming pool open from May to September, and private parking on the property. The house consists of an entrance opening onto a beautiful air-conditioned living room with a fitted kitchen, dining room and TV lounge, two bedrooms equipped respectively with a 140x190 for one and two 90x190 beds for the other, a relaxation / meditation room, a bathroom (bathtub), a separate toilet, and a large storeroom with a washing machine and cleaning equipment. Underfloor heating, air conditioning only in the main room. Possibility of renting sheets, towels and cleaning at the end of your stay (paid options). Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an ironing board, and a travel crib.
