It was a bit of a faff but one we’d figure it it smoothed out. We managed to check in with our QR code and the room was huge but the best view of the lake! It was very warm in the room and comfortable but the sofa bed was awful! We booked a 4 person room so we could get the view and that did not let us down!!!

Room was very clean. Hotel interior was very impressive a beautiful marble staircase. The reason I scored a little low was was the exterior of the hotel definitely need some maintenance. It is really showing its age. I couldn't really comment positively on the staff because there wasn't any. This is due to this being a unique hotel and having an electronic booking system where there is no reception but you do everything online. And this also includes getting your barcode for your hotel room. This was unique and actually quite useful. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially at the price that they were offering such a great room. I would definitely stay here again

The self check in system is really strange. When we checked in via the self check in kiosk it was difficult to operate and we didn’t see a soul there, Perhaps on account of the off season but it was a strange sensation overall. You don’t get a key or a code, you get a printed QR code that you have to scan. Which you need to even use the elevator or stairs. This made it super difficult considering we had three people traveling with us and I wonder what the protocol is if there was an emergency given there is literally no staff there at all. Room wasn’t bad. Large ceilings, big balcony overlooking the lake so that was nice. Dated plug ins and the seal on the shower bottom was broken so showering was kind of impossible. Overall the place looks like a palace when you drive up, with beautiful grounds but it could use some updating and definitely some staff working there

Wir waren nur zum Schlafen dort! Es wäre ein superschönes Hotel, aber leider lässt man es langsam aber sicher verkommen! Das gute: online Checkin und -out war einfach und funktionierte einwandfrei! Es ist ziemlich ‚ringhörig‘! Die Aussicht bei den Seezimmern ist super. Preis mit 135 Franken für die Nacht war okay! Nur zum Schlafen würden wir es wieder buchen….

Nous avions pris une chambre quadruple pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Nous avons eu une chambre avec 2 lits simples mis cote à cote et 3eme lit simple. Un de nos enfants a donc dû dormir avec nous. On a comblé le vide entre les 2 lits avec des serviettes pour ne pas qu'elle tombe. Idem on a reçu que 3 draps, 3 serviettes, 3 verres. Nous avons essayé de contacter l'hôtel à plusieurs reprises mais personne ne nous a répondu. Il y avait de la poussière à plusieurs endroits dans la chambre. La vue sur la piscine vide, délabrée, laissait à désirer. Le principe de e-room fait que ce n'est pas chaleureux : aucune personne pour vous aider en cas de problème ! Le petit déjeuner était quelconque. Les fruits (raisins) proposés n'étaient pas très beaux à voir.

Nur für Personen mit grosser Toleranz zu ertragen!

Unsauber und diverse Mängel (Matratzen mit mulden, verstopftes Lavaux, Licht-birnen defect, WC Spülung Wasser läuft permanent, ungepflegter Garten,) Beim Frühstück habe ich des öfteren unsauberes Geschirr und Besteck angetroffen. Das einzige was toll ist, die super Aussicht auf den See.
