The Front Desk staff - a wonderful gal - was friendly and very kind... she got me down the 101 hallway where it was quiet so I appreciated that. Room and hallway cleanliness needs attention. I like the vinyl floor in my room. I didn't like the parking charge for open lot parking; that should be included in the room; especially in light the whole lot was not plowed after the snow last week and I barely made it out to the plowed street. Hotel smelled like weed which I did not like at all. I had hoped for a little more than yogurt or basic waffle for breakfast.

An hour after we checked into our room, a gentlemen tried to enter our room with a key that worked. The security latch prevented him. He said he left his charger in the room, I looked, he left. I reported it to the front desk staff, a female said the sane thing happened the day before, but she escorted him to the room. Given the circumstances, I believe he was going to ransack our room with the help of a front desk staff member, the male who checked us in. Scary feeling, I will never stay therr again. Other than that, the rooms were clean, other staff were friendly, and the limited breakfast was ok.

The room was clean and supplied well for a older building. The location was convenient for the airport and shopping. There was a police incident one night but I didn't unsafe and it blew over. The breakfast and lobby area are roomy. I was hoping for like eggs & toast for breakfast but it was fine. I was in town visiting friends and house hunting and wanted to be close to the airport for a early flight out.

There were multiple hair strands (all different colours and lengths) on the on the supposed fresh towels that were folded in the washroom when I first arrived. Breakfast is limited, I went down for breakfast around 7:30 - 8:00am there was little to no options. They only served waffles, bananas, and yoghurt. I thought I missed breakfast because there was no food but I remember the front desk guy telling me that breakfast was from 6:00-9:30am so I still had an hour and 30 minutes left and there’s no way that they ran out of food in the time span that I wasn't there, also if they market it saying breakfast ends at 9:30am wouldn’t you think that they would keep making food till then? Parking is very random, no proper parking in-front of the building. Overall didn’t feel safe leaving my valuables in the room when I left for the day and had to resort to leaving it in my car.

Go somewhere else.

Go down the street to another hotel. Arrived at 1030pm. Front desk was fast to check in but sketch. Appeared impaired. Went down to grab my door dash order 20 min later with my daughter and sketchy ppl in lobby. Hate to just assume drugs when u don’t see them but drugs were definitely involved. I heard several people talking through the door throughout the late hours. The extra lock didn’t work. It looked like it had been broken or kicked in before. Which made me very uneasy. I did not feel safe. I never slept. I put my bags in front of the door after reading a review that someone tried to come into a woman as room as she slept. left at 5am as soon as we could. Very very dated. Floors in bathroom were old laminate and were buckling probably from water damage. Once moisture is in wood floors of any kind they mold and warp. I will be calling their corporate office. And I will never go back.

The beds were very uncomfortable. And the hotel was loud all night people yelling and running up and down the halls even the front desk were loud and kept us up all night would never stay here again
