Located directly across from the walking and biking paths around Como Lake, Rowan is minutes from Como Park Zoo & Conservatory, the Minnesota State Fairgrounds, and beautiful Como Regional Park. You'll also have convenient access to Allianz Field, the University of Minnesota, Regions Hospital, and both Downtown Saint Paul and Downtown Minneapolis.
Step outside onto the rear deck overlooking the shared backyard, a peaceful place to relax with morning coffee or unwind after a day in the city.
