Welcome to your new favorite place in Stillwater, where history meets luxury in this renovated 1875 home. This charming 4 bed, 3.5-bathroom gem is nestled in the heart of the historical Design District, making it ideal for getaways.
Located one block from the Teddy Bear Park, two blocks from Main Street, and the majestic St. Croix River. Step outside and enjoy the historical courthouse, with the picturesque Veterans Park, hosting Saturday morning Farmers Market.
The space is new construction home (rebuilt inside) in the historic district of Stillwater. Now offering 3-en-suite rooms, two of the beds are king size, and the other two bedrooms are queen size, plus a pull-out couch.
