Everything fine except room was 63 degrees and thermostat difficult to control in it kepy defaulting to air conditioning instead of heat so it took 4 hours to get a comfortable room. Welcoming visitors to 63 degrees in Minnesota winter not good.

We recently rented the party room adjacent to the pool for our family holiday gathering, and the setup was perfect for families with kids, allowing easy access to the pool. There was a small mix-up with our block of rooms, but the staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation and accommodate us. I can’t emphasize enough how exceptional the staff was in handling the issue - it truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to host a family event.

Staff was great, the new restaurant had very good food and the room was wonderful. We got one with the soaking tub as well as a shower. It was AWESOME. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice stay! Only thing that was annoying, we were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub and there were lots of kids in it, splashing, etc. the blowers were a bit aggressive.
