The host was not attentive at all, the home needs a lot of care , repair, cleaning. Here are some of the issues.-door missing on front closet-driveway covered in ice upon arriving, had to go buy salt for safety of my family and spread on diveway-home was 54 degrees when we arrived-home smells of fish or dog-fridge and freezer leakes water so we put towel down to protect flooring-fridge and freezer not clean-some of dishes in cabinets not clean-had to buy dishwasher pods ourselves-hardwood floors disgusting, our white socks were black by end of day-kitchen garbage drawer would not close-no garbage or recyclebin outside to put garbage in-hot tub not warm and was cloudy. And had crusty stuff all around-master bed door was coming off hinges and could not close-bathroom showrr curtains moldy,-showrrz not cleaned-lower level toilet seat broken-stais not vacuumed- the fire place was nice, it helped warm up the big room- i feel this property should be taken off listings until items are addressed.

The house wasn't cleaned very well after last visitors. The refrigerator wasn't cleaned. Patio area wasn't cleaned - garbage under patio. There was some noticeable disrepair including a broken closet door, loose toilet seats and broken toilet paper holders. The towels were very thin and felt like burlap. We also ran out of garbage bags.

Minneapolis Family Weekend

Everything was as described and we were very pleased with the property. Kids loved having the hot tub. My only critique would be to get more details about the property prior to arrival which could have been helpful for the weekend when packing. Would stay again.

Great Spot for a decent price

The house was a great place for me and my buddies to stay for our snowboarding trip. Only reason it's not 5 stars is due to the hot tub not working one of the nights that we stayed. The host was very easy to communicate with and work with and even refunded us some of the cost for the fact that the hot tub didn't work (and the hot tub was a major priority when looking for a place to stay). However, the actual experience of staying here was dampened by the fact we all were very much looking forward to a nice soak in the hot tub after snowboarding all day and we get back to the house and its 78 degrees and not getting any warmer. So we're very appreciative of a partial refund due to the hot tub not working but that doesn't change the actual experience we had so I just don't feel right giving a full 5 stars. But if you're reading this and think I'm being too harsh due to the fact we were partially refunded, then just consider it a 5 star stay and you'll probably be pleased with booking this place.

Nice getaway

Overall this was a nice house and a great stay. Nice managers to help when we needed something. East check in and out process. Great parking space in the driveway! Attention to detail and cleaning would be my biggest concern. We found the house to have very dusty pictures on the walls, dust and hair in the shower, the soap dish had goo from the past renters with a new soap on top of it, the towel bar was dangling off when we arrived, and dirt on some walls and doors. I’d suggest to add some hooks so people can hang things since there are no closets in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Or a space to put clothing/ personal items in the rooms. With a pool it’d be nice to hang wet towels too. There was only one pool towel- so good to know to bring your own Online photos showed a bag of coffee by the coffee maker that said “thanks for booking”… but that was not there when we arrived. We loved the living room space and open kitchen. Great hang out space. Overall good- just needs some attention to detail

Wonderfully Spacious

The week of July 7th we met family in the middle at this wonderful home. We took our dog with us and went on walks around the neighborhood. Neighbors were all friendly and waved when we passed by. The house was very spacious for the 8 of us -6 adults and two teens. It fit our family perfectly with room to spare. We played games, watched a little tv, swam, hung out in the hot tub, used the grill, played board games and just had a good time together. Of course we took advantage of the central location getting downtown in 11 minutes (sculpture garden and NE artist area) and just about anywhere else (Maple Grove and the Mall of America) in 15 to 20 minutes. The host was quick to respond to any questions/needs we had, which we appreciated greatly!! Thank you for being such a great hangout home for us!

Family trip

Our family was in town for a wedding and we needed a large home to accommodate 8 adults and 2 children. I found this house and it was the perfect size for us. It has 2 levels with 2 bedrooms upstairs, a king and a queen and 2 bedrooms downstairs with a queen and king. The bedroom downstairs that has the king, also has 2 twin beds. There is also a bathroom and small living room downstairs too. The kids enjoyed the pool and it does have a jacuzzi, but it never gets very hot . One of our only issues with this house, it was not equipped with towels, plates and silverware for 10 people. I contacted them about the towel issue upon arriving and they brought more new towels and had them back to us in a couple hours. They were always very easy to get in contact with. The beds were all very comfortable. I feel if they correct a few minor details in the house, this house has potential to be a great rental for a large group of people. It was the perfect size for our family. 10 mins from downtown area.

As advertised

Clean and spacious as described and seen through the pictures. The owner was communicative and responsive. The hot tub jets make a loud screeching noise that don’t sound right, but we still enjoyed it without the jets on- nice and hot! Mortal Kombat arcade game did not work. Also, there’s some sort of new town ordinance that requires you to register, which we were not told about and only found upon arrival, which we felt we should have been told about during registration.

Fun house to gather with friends.

Had a great girls weekend. Resting and relaxing. House is clean and nicely furnished. Hot tub was great but could have been hotter. Host was great with communication. Would be fun to come back for the pool in the summer.
