Overall, our stay was very good. Our room faced the pool area. The one negative, was people were allowed to stay after the pool closed. The people were loud and kept us awake.

Wanted to be close to the Mall of America and this hotel is within walking distance. Great breakfast in the morning (free) and coffee is available 24 hours. A few guests got pretty rowdy late at night, but the management must have stopped them, as it didn't last too long.

This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. The room was super clean and the staff, especially the breakfast ladies, were great! The pool area was awesome but only thing is that the water was a little too cold so I kept jumping into the jacuzzi to warm up. There's an area for the little ones to swim. I think they add baking soda to the water cause honestly it tasted like it. The price was really good, and since it was July 4th week, they put a patriotic rubber ducky by our tub! Breakfast was amazing. Walking distance to the mall and great eating places!

This hotel is a joke! It has an indoor "Water Park" that they keep open until 11pm. It's so loud you can't hear the TV in your room. Ridiculous!! It stays open later than Disney World!!!

Second night was informed pool/hot tub would be closed for maintenance. Was Easter Break. Lots of kids were at the hotel with their parents. Figured they would do this at a less popular vacation time. Wasn't told when booking. Had a good breakfast and loved the pool area. Very close to MOA.

Very comfortable, actually a good breakfast when compared to many other similar breakfast plans. Although I was there for business, families would certainly enjoy! fun pool for kids

Good shuttle near airport without flight noise. Comfortable beds friendly staff clean convenient

Pool was great for kids, breakfast was decent, plenty of options. Easy walk to MOA Easy check in/out Good location

Just stayed one night but everything was great! Had a meal at their restaurant great room and transferred to the airport . Everything went well. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone needing a stay the night before your trip at the airport!

Our second stay here and we will definitely be back. Clean, friendly staff, nicely remodeled, large indoor pool area, great breakfast, attached restaurant, across the street from MOA, family friendly, great value.

We had planned on one night however the hotel and pool area was fantastic we stayed another night.

Great location, friendly staff. Restaurant had a really nice variety, good food! Room needed updating! Carpet was in poor condition, walls needed attention. Something spilled behind furniture that hadn't been cleaned.

My wife and I stayed here upon our arrival from the Minneapolis airport. The hotel staff were very helpful in sending a shuttle bus to pick us up from the airport and the driver was friendly. Check in was a simple and efficient process. We arrived on a very cold day and unfortunately the heating system to our room had been turned off. The room was quite cold for awhile before the heater could catch up once turned on. Overall the room was nice and clean but a little dated for the price charged for the room. We must have been placed in an older part of the hotel as well because the quality of our room didn't match the pictures of the rooms on Orbitz. The mall is right next to the Mall of America. Attached to the hotel is a nice restaurant and the continental breakfast in the morning was also good.

Stayed for two nights with our 3 year old, in a pool view room. The only downside to that was that he saw the pool immediately, and wanted to go there. Housekeeping left a towel and Rubber Ducky for him - it was well received, and a nice touch. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the pool was great - a shallow pool with water features for the littles, a deeper pool for playing/swimming, and a hot tub. The breakfast had many choices both hot and cold, but got very crowded. Convenient free shuttle to light rail stop and airport. Exceeded my expectations for the price.

Enjoyed our second stay here, except we were given a handicapped room that we didn't request. The shower head was nothing more than a trickle, and the toilet had to be flushed 3 times just to do the job. Check in was quick and detailed, and since I prepaid, I didn't go and check out. The pool was great, the reason we came back to begin with. Breakfast is standard, but good. It as the first time in a long time my back didn't hurt when I woke up in the morning from a bad hotel bed!

The front desk staff were incredibly pleasant and easy to work with. Parking was convenient and without hassle. Our only concern about check in was the long walk to the elevator (feels worse with luggage in tow). Quickly got over that feeling when the room was perfect, beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The only slightly rough part was that the room overlooked the pool area, and the lights did seep in a little bit around the curtains during the night. We soaked in the hot tub- not too hot, plenty of circulation, and good towels available in the pool area. We never heard another guest while we were in our room, and the hotel did seem busy. We used the shuttle to the airport in the morning- the driver was perfectly prompt, kind, and efficient. Front desk staff were efficient and nice to talk to early in the morning for check out. We grabbed some fruit and coffee at the breakfast buffet, but didn't stay for hot food. Selection seemed generous, and we were pleased with what we grabbed for the road.

It is conveniently located around the Mall of America and light rail transit. The hotel and room were book clean. The staff was very helpful.

Loved how comfy the pillow top mattresses were! The breakfast eating area was the biggest I have ever seen. Loved the hot tub too! I loved how close the Mall of America was too! The front desk was super nice and the transfer bus driver was very friendly

We loved having a pool and breakfast included with our stay. Being within a few minutes walk of the mall made our shopping trips convenient and easy. It is also just a five minute drive to IKEA. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

We stayed in a poolside room with our 2 & 3 year old children and the accommodations couldn't have been better. Pool right outside our room. there is also a nice 'patio' area right outside the room before you get to the pool that is perfect for hanging out and overlook the pool. The swim area is ideal for younger children, but saw kids even 11 years old having a great time in the play area. And of course there is a giant pool and hot tub. Rooms are big clean and updated. Breakfast is abundant and the hot options change daily. I cannot wait to stay at this hotel again!
