Silver Beach is a brand new luxury waterfront home on the private (warm) side of Lake Anna. This 6-bedroom, 4.5 bath home has 5,000+ sq ft on 3 finished levels with plenty of room for the extended family to enjoy time together.

The property boasts a spacious gourmet kitchen with massive island and walk-in pantry. With floor to ceiling windows, you'll have an unmatched view of the lake from the comfortable living room. Feel free to wind-up on the Peloton stationary bike (bring your Peloton shoes or use regular athletic shoes!) or wind-down with some family entertainment including basketball, foosball, board games and puzzles.

If the outdoors are more your style, enjoy swimming from the beach, fishing off the dock, and boating with all the activities Lake Anna has to offer.

Need to be accessible while on vacation? This home is setup for remote work with high speed internet and standing desk with laptop port and dual monitors.

Our home has 6 bedrooms (all with blackout curtains!) and sleeps 16 in beds.

Bedroom 3: Upper level. XL twin over Queen bunk with twin trundle. Shared bathroom with bedroom 4.

Bedroom 5: Upper level. California King with attached bathroom. Full size crib in large, ventilated walk-in closet with sound machine. (We wish we had this setup when ours were babies!)

Beautiful home right on the water, 5 Star!!
Was very impressed with this spacious home, which had plenty of space for a large group of adults. Plenty of comfortable beds, large kitchen and living rooms as well as a large basement! There was no shortage of things to do in the house and the view out the back deck was amazing! Stayed in February so was not able to take advantage of the beach/dock area, but would imagine it is great time in warmer time of year. Listing and picture dont do the actual place justice , and we would absolutely stay here again! Thanks!
