We just brought this cabin back online after extensive plumbing work. March and April rates have been reduced by 50% to encourage reservations. In booking this cabin during this special, you agree to the following:
-Be flexible; new listings often times have little quirks. We will attend to them immediately if they occur.
-Provide any constructive feed back via private message.
-Leave a public review
-Tag us in social media and share our link

Firewood is not provided.

Due to the nature of our mountain location, our home may lose power during weather events. Outages typically last for 2-3 hours when this occurs. Flashlights and extra blankets are provided for these occurrences. When power is out, cooking options are limited. If a guest chooses to check out during a power outage, a refund of the nightly fee will be provided. Guests choosing to keep their reservation will be charged the full booking amount.

While we have the fastest internet available, you will find that reliability and speed at the base of the mountain is not the same as you may experience in the city. There is a large collection of DVDs, games, and an amazing hot tub to pass the time should the internet be out.

We can accommodate up to two dogs. Please register them with your guests at time of booking. Unregistered pets incur a fee of $250.

Use of the accomodations, day or night, is limitted to guests on the reservation. All guests must be registered at time of reservation to ensure your reservation is correctly charged.

On the rare occurence that a key amenity is unavailable for use, guests shall have the choice to either checkout and be refunded for the remaining nights of their reservation or receive a partial refund at the rate of $75/night or 30% of the nightly rate, whichever is less.
