The detached building and carport behind it are separated by a fence and not for guests use.

The building may occasionally be occupied by the owners; guests will be notified ahead.

Guests will have access to the neighborhoods boat launch and a boat slip.
(Boat lift not for guest use)

A gas grill is available for guest use. Please note that propane tanks are not provided and guests are responsible for supplying their own propane.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
