Dog Friendly, Luxurious Lake Home with Private Boat Slip on the public (cold) side of Lake Anna

Located in a gated, waterfront community, this secluded home is only a quarter mile walk to the lake where you can explore all the amenities of Lake Anna such as a common area with your own boat slip, a sandy beach, gathering/picnic pavilion, and tennis court. This is in addition to the many hiking trails Lake Anna has to offer, Lake Anna State Park, lake-front restaurants, and so much more!

It has three bedrooms, three full baths, a walkout lower-level game room with 75” TV and pool table, two beautiful fireplaces, a beautiful great room with a floor-to-ceiling, stone fireplace, 55” TV, and spacious eat-in kitchen with all the amenities you need to make your vacation comfortable and relaxing.

The outside features a large deck with sliders from the master bedroom and kitchen, a grill, dining table, lounge chairs, and a bistro table for coffee or evening cocktails. Down in the yard you’ll find Adirondack chairs with a fire pit for cooler mornings and evenings. The back yard is also fenced in for younger children and/or pets.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Not very happy.

This property is not as advertised. It’s is very dirty inside and out. There were hornets nests on the chairs outside hindering us unable to use the porch. The house was not cleaned, very dirty, trash in the trash cans, floors were covered in dirt. The towels ALL had holes in them. Really not as clean and lavish as it looks. Very disappointed… pretty far from the lake, definitely. It a walking distance. We came to enjoy the lake and couldn’t with this property. I suggest you find another. Way too expensive.. thought I was paying for quality and this was not the case.
