Amazing home and beautiful setting!

The house was even more amazing than the pictures. The view is beyond words and every bedroom and living area has direct views of the lake. The layout of the house was perfect for cozy nights watching a movie but also perfect for family visiting and kids having their own space downstairs to hang out and play games. The outdoor areas were a perfect place to escape and enjoy the amazing view. The extra amenities like lake toys, paddleboards, games, and kid friendly things like baby gates gave it the extra touch that allowed us to feel right at home and have fun. Communication with the owner was great and made for a very easy check in and check out. Wonderful home all around! Thank you!

Beautiful Property. Would stay again.

Clean on the inside. First it was beautiful property. I would stay again but would bring cleaner, leaf blower and old sheets to go over the furniture outside. Inside was very nice. Some odd things. Two beautiful wine refrigerators. No wine glasses. A few scatter things you could tell people grabbed at the grocery store. The bed in the master bedroom was the biggest problem. The mattress has separated and it throws you if you press down on the wrong side of the mattress when getting in. They couldn’t do anything in time for our visit. So we were very uncomfortable in that bed. The stove was broke, but they fixed immediately (fyi- don’t use the app. I used it and after 24 hours called the local management company. They had never been advised from the app communication). The bottoms freezer was frozen over so we couldn’t use it. Besides the bed, the worst thing is the outdoor cushions are mildewed and stained. Unusable. I went out and got a cheap set of sheets so we could cover the couch to use. The only other thing is a note for handicapped people. The property is steep. Hard for me to get down to the boat dock. Also, no hand rails to get in the house. But it is worth staying. It is beautiful.

Beautiful Home

We stayed here in August, 2023. The home is beautiful, as is the view. The two-level dock is great. Plenty of water toys available for use. There were a few small issues that were passed on to property management. Having the grocery and liquor store only a few minutes away was very convenient. The kitchen is well equipped, but the pots/pans are well used. Nothing some Pam didn't take care of:) We rented a boat one day, it was nice to be able to use the dock to break for lunch etc. Overall nice stay.

Family Time

Beautiful House that Has Issues

It is a beautiful home. Owners have stocked it with everything you can need and it should be a great time. There’s some issues. A hard rain resulted in leaks in the house that took all the towels to limit the damage. A doorknob just fell off, one of the barn doors hardware did the same. We ran out of trash bags and paper towels. But overall, it was a great experience and vacation.

Amazing house and boat house

The house was gorgeous and we loved the decor. The boathouse was amazing with the teak furniture, hammock and corn hole. The master shower was wonderful!

House is Amazing!

We have rented many lake homes, and this is the best we have ever rented. Absolutely gorgeous, new home with a convenient location to everything on the lake. The dock and outdoor games kept everyone entertained all day, and the game room was perfect for the evenings. Kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need. We will definitely be back.

Girl's Weekend

We had a lovely time at this property and the lay out is perfect for privacy of all guests. On the first floor is the master bedroom and guest room that are separated by the huge kitchen and living room. There are two guest rooms in the basement also separated by a large living room that both have a fireplace in. Each room has their own bathroom and laundry is upstairs. The lake was extremely peaceful and the dock was really fun to hang out on! I do wish the fire pit was completed with chairs around it, maybe next time! We will be back next year!

Great place to stay in a hurricane

We celebrated our Mom’s birthday at this house when hurricane Ian was passing through, and it was a great place to view the lake from the house, even though you do see the gigantic blue building (marina) front and center. We used every appliance in the kitchen, since we were inside all weekend, and everything worked well, but it would’ve been helpful to have some instructions, as many of the appliances were a bit unique. Same with the shower in the Master BR- it is awesome, but quite intimidating with all the knobs and showerheads…some instructions would be very helpful! One sort of weird thing is that the kitchen is not stocked with any glassware, or anything non-plastic for serving/mixing- there are regular dishes and a few coffee mugs, but that’s it for non-plastic…great for kids, but our group was all adults. It’s a beautiful house with plenty of space to spread out, we’d love to go back and enjoy the boathouse and decks. It’s in a great neighborhood with plenty of quiet streets to run/walk.
