**Guest Access:**
You’ll have full private access to the entire home, decks, patios, dock, yard, and driveway.
• A pontoon boat is available to rent at an additional cost and if you chose to utilize this option, it will be conveniently waiting at the property’s boat house—no pickup, no drop-off, and no hauling required. Simply coordinate with our trusted local partner, DV Rentals LKA, to enjoy effortless lake days with more time on the water and less time in the car.
• Golfers are welcome to enjoy member-for-a-day access at Cutalong Golf Club, a private 18-hole championship course nearby. As our guest, you’ll receive exclusive tee time privileges through our partnership—just let us know in advance.
• We respect your privacy but are available if you have any questions or need anything during your stay so if there’s something you need and it’s not listed, just ask—we’re happy to help make your stay exceptional.

- All Guests shall abide by the Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- 8 Adults Maximum
- Free Parking for up to 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.
- No pets without prior approval.

**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years old to book, and those under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
