With three living rooms, two kitchens, and space to sleep 18, it's the ideal year-round getaway for family and friends to gather and create lasting memories. Enjoy the perfect mix of sun and shade on this beautiful, expansive property.

Our multi-level home is designed for large groups to gather and relax, nestled on a quiet private road with beautiful mature trees providing the perfect mix of sun and shade. The property features 220 feet of private waterfront.

Open-Plan Main Level: Features hardwood floors, a remodeled, fully-equipped kitchen, a large dining area that seats 18, and a living space with beautiful lake views.

Multiple Living Rooms: Three separate living rooms, including one with a 73-inch flat-screen TV, equipped with Xfinity cable.

Kitchens: A main, remodeled kitchen and a full secondary kitchen in the basement, with three refrigerators in total for all your needs.

The location was beautiful with beautiful views. The house was spacious. However, the house was filthy when we arrived. The floors were dusty, especially in the basement. There was a cockroach in the basement. The pots and pans were dusty upon arrival as well. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the mattress cover was dirty. The checkout process included gathering towels and sheets in a bag, putting them by the door, and then texting a number with the address which seems excessive. Altogether, too much work for the price.

This is a large house that was great for our family group of 19. Newly appointed kitchen with great appliances. Having 2 refrigerators in the kitchen and a 3rd one in the basement was very helpful in meal planning and food storage. Level lot with minimal steps was easy to access the lake & dock.

Great Location On Lake Anna

My friends and I rented this space for a girls weekend. We had a great time! Large kitchen for cooking for a large group, plenty of sleeping space, and great outdoor area as well. Would definitely recommend for large groups!
