Stay at No.2 Lower School Cottages, a spacious character cottage situated in the coastal town of Minehead close to Exmoor National Park.

The cottage has lovely comfortable, home from home styling with living/dining room, and a superbly equipped excellent kitchen with large range cooker. The cottage oozes quality and has been well designed with hi-end fixtures and fittings throughout. You’ll find all modern amenities needed for a self-catering stay including dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.

A king-size master en-suite, and a single bedroom together with a separate bathroom with a free-standing bathtub, complete the accommodation.

Outside there is a south facing, private decked area with garden furniture and awning providing lovely views from this elevated position above town. The cottage benefits from private parking for two cars.

Advantageously located very close to the sought after the coastline and beaches, Minehead has long been known as "The Gateway to Exmoor" - it's a beautiful place to explore at any time of the year. With a range of things to do for all ages, Minehead is a fantastic seaside destination with a fishing quarter and historic harbour, and a varied selection of tea rooms, pubs and independent shops. It is the terminus of the West Somerset Steam Railway and the Exmoor Coaster, an open top bus, runs to Lynmouth/Lynton and on to Ilfracombe in the summer. The South West Coast Path starts in the town and there are numerous walks over North Hill from the cottage door. Dunster Castle (National Trust) is within a couple of miles.
