New house located 10 minutes walk from the ocean, facing south and west, close to shops, close to Skate Parck and the Casino.

2 bedrooms with wardrobe: one with a 140 bed, and the other with a 2x90 trundle bed for sleeping adults or children.

35m2 air-conditioned living room with open kitchen, equipped: fridge - freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, TV, Blue Ray DVD player.

Shower room with Italian shower and two basins - separate WC.

Household linen provided (sheets, tea towels, bath sheets for 4 people)
Crockery and everything necessary for cooking provided.

For the outdoors: on a large covered terrace, 1 table for 6/8 people, 4 chairs, 2 armchairs, 1 barbecue, 2 bath chairs, parasol and 2 sun loungers will allow you to have a pleasant stay.

The site will give you access to many cycle paths leading to the forest or to many beaches (Contis or l'Espécier) and to Lake Aureilhan
Many possible activities: surfing, horse riding, golf, walks and…. idleness on a very wide beach, which knew how to remain with family dimension.

The town will offer you many discovery activities, also for children.

Nice fully equiped house 10 min walk from the beach

We had a very nice stay. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with enough glassed for drinks. The house is really tidy. The hosts are very nice and friendly. The beach is 5 min by bike or 10 min walking. The nearby town is also very nice. Better than Moliets.

Tolle Lage! Neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet

Wir hatten eine tolle woche in diesem Ferienhaus. Es ist alles verfügbar inkl. Waschmaschine. Die Lage ist ruhig, man ist aber trotzdem schnell im quirligen mimizan plage und am Strand. Gerne wieder!

Maison tout confort et super accueil des hôtes

On se sent comme chez soi dans cette maison très agréable et très bien équipée. Très bien située pour des ballades à vélo, découvrir Mimizan plage et les environs, aller aux différentes plages du coin. Nos enfants (4 et 7 ans) ont adoré aussi. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et réactifs. Bref nous recommandons chaudement !

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Objekt: Haus ist neuwertig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Vermieter: Die Vermieter sind sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Problemlose Kommunkation mit Hilfe von Google-Translator, da mein Französisch nicht sonderlich gut ist... Lage: - Strandpromenade/Zentrum 5 Minuten (zu Fuß) - Großer Supermarkt 10 Minuten (Auto) - Ruhiges Umfeld Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Excellent séjour

Nous venons de passer une semaine en famille ( avec deux enfants de 13 et 16 ans ) et le séjour a été très agréable. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et arrangeants ! La maison est très bien située dans un quartier résidentiel récent, calme et à proximité des pistes cyclables. Situé à quelques minutes du centre ville et des premières plages, cela permet de ne pas utiliser la voiture. La maison est lumineuse et fonctionnelle. Une terrasse bien exposée permet de jolis moments de détente en extérieur. L'espace est d'ailleurs suffisant pour garer une voiture et stationner les vélos en toute sécurité. Le petit plus appréciable : le linge de lit et de maison est fourni. Nous recommandons vivement !
