Agentschap lost niets op
Verblijf was prima, soms wat last van de geur van de fabriek. Wifi was niet zo goed, viel steeds uit. Communicatie met het agentschap Orbi is slecht. Geen antwoord op de mails hierover, een keer gebeld, toen werd de telefoon niet opgenomen. We waren wat vergeten aan het eind van de vakantie en contact hierover verloopt zeer moeizaam. Na twee telefoontjes werd mij gevraagd niet meer te bellen, ik heb nog een keer gemaild, maar krijg geen antwoord. Het is nog niet opgelost en ik ben bang dat dat ook niet meer gebeurd. Ronduit teleurstellend!!
