On the 1st floor of a building without an elevator, it includes an entrance hall with closet, a kitchen open to the living room, two bedrooms (double bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
The apartment also features a balcony with a breathtaking view of the Mimizan River, perfect for enjoying evenings with family or friends.

You also have a numbered parking space within the secure residence.

BED SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED IN THE RENTAL. (Please bring the essentials: toilet paper, household and beauty products, paper towels, salt/pepper, oil, etc.)
