The Brimborion cottage, ideally located in a quiet area of Mimizan-Plage, offers a 5-minute walk to the beach or the bike path. Located on the ground floor, on a 1200 m² enclosed garden, this rental offers you - a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 gas burners, a gas oven, and a combined fridge-freezer, - a living room with a TV area and reversible air conditioning - a bathroom with a shower, housing the washing machine (hairdryer and straighteners) - 2 bedrooms (queen-size bed, double-size bed). An additional guest is welcome in a cabin bedroom (1 single bed), €10/day. Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, and changing table. You will enjoy the east-facing terrace of approximately 30 m², with garden furniture and deckchairs, and an awning. The owner's private barn is located on the grounds, but is not accessible and unoccupied.
