Ideale ligging, zeer dichtbij strand en centrum/winkels.Het huis is zeer compleet, de buiten douche is erg prettig na strandbezoek en ook de fietsen zijn handig.Enige minpuntjes vonden wij een vreemde lucht die met name in de kamer met de stapelbedden hangt (luchtverfrisser neergezet) en dat je niet op eigen terrein kan parkeren (als de buren er zijn). Dan moet je op straat parkeren en dat kan nog weleens lastig zijn omdat het druk is met strandbezoekers en mensen die voor het centrum komen.

Une jolie maison, très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette jolie maison, avec nos trois enfants. Nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite très à l'aise, parce qu'elle est joliment décorée et très bien équipée. Les lits sont très confortable. On a surtout profité de la belle terrasse. Très proche de la plage et du centre-ville, on entend même la mer,on a profité des vélos et des jeux de société. Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux!

Très bon séjour à Mimizan Plage

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à Mimizan. Le logement est conforme à la description, c'est une magnifique ancienne cabane de pêcheur, très bien entretenue, propre, très bien aménagée et décorée. La plage est à proximité ainsi que le centre avec tous les commerces. Tout y est pour passer de bonnes vacances. Merci à Elodie, Laurent et leur fils pour notre accueil.

Jolie maison mais environnement décevant

La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et conforme à l' annonce et aux photos. Sa cuisine est bien équipée, malgré l absence de four. La grande déception vient du fait que la maison n est pas sur un terrain indépendant. Elle est en fond de cour après deux autres maisons devant elle et souffre d un vis-à-vis très proche avec la maison du milieu. On vit donc un peu avec les voisins, jusqu à entendre leur chasse d'eau...

Emplacement idéal

L'emplacement de la maison est idéal. La terrasse est tres agréable. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et très réactifs. Le coin douche extérieure est très appréciable en revenant de la plage mais meriterait un peu plus d'entretien (la vegetation pousse beaucoup la douche nest pas tres accessible).

Charmante petite maison à moins de 300m de la plage. L'hôte est très sympathique et arrangeant. C'est notre deuxième séjour dans cette maison et nous y retournerons probablement.

Très bien situé dans un quartier calme tout en étant à proximité de l'océan, commerces et restaurants. Il manquait des transats pour profiter pleinement de la terrasse. Peut-être un peu trop de décoration même si cela est fait avec goût. Il y avait également une odeur de renfermé dans la chambre avec lits superposés.

maison très bien équipée et décorée esprit océan Pour 4 adultes il est vrai que les lits superposes n 'étaient pas bien adaptés convient plutot a une famille avec des enfants . les abords et notamment la cour n 'est pas trop bien entretenue mais cela ne dépend peut etre pas de la maison ...Sinon il y a de beaux matériaux à l 'interieur et on sent que les proprietaires ont eu le soucis de faire au mieux . Cest une maison calme et idéalement située pour l océan . idéal pour famille avec enfants pour les lits superposés

Nous avons passé une semaine très sympathique dans le logement. Très bien équipé et décoré, l'océan à 5 minutes à pied... La présence de la clim par 42°C extérieur est un très grand plus pour pouvoir dormir paisiblement. En bref un très bon séjour.

Expérience mitigée pour nous même si globalement séjour agréable. Mauvaise surprise d’avoir de gros travaux de voirie tout autour et lors de l’accès à la plage. Ce qui a nécessité à chaque fois de passer entre les gros engins et le bruit des machines. Pas très agréable pendant les vacances. Les propriétaires auraient pu prévenir. Nous étions probablement les premiers locataires de la saison car la deuxième mauvaise surprise a été d.arriver dans un logement avec une forte odeur d’humidité au point que tous les tissus en étaient imprégnés. Heureusement, l.odeur s.est atténuée après deux jours de chauffage. Par ailleurs, le logement est très agréable avec des matériaux de qualité. La décoration est très soignée et dormir dans des draps en lin était une chouette expérience.La cuisine est très bien équipée et la terrasse avec plancha était bien pratique.La localisation est parfaite, au pied de l’océan avec le bruit des vagues.C.est une location que nous pourrions recommander mais sans les deux points négatifs, qui, pour l’un va se terminer dans les semaines à venir avec une route toute belle, et pour l’autre, un effort de préparation de la location en cas de météo humide règlerait vite le problème.

Behagliches Häuschen

Von Außen schreckt das Häuschen etwas ab, durch die Lage im Hinterhof und dem weißen Fangnetz! Im Innenbereich fühlt man sich durch den Einrichtungsstiel gleich sehr wohl. Wenn man vom Meer zurückkommt, freut man sich auf die gemütliche Wohnung. Der Außenbereich ist durch das "Netz" etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, etwas grüne Umgebung wäre schön gewesen. Das Fahrräder zur Verfügung stehen war Klasse. Ab und zu ein Check vom Fahrradladen wäre schön, da Sand und Salz die Räder schon belasten. Die Lage ist toll und das Städtchen wunderschön. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist der Geruch durch die Papierfabrik, wenn der Wind ungünstigt steht. Ohne Papierfabrik wäre das ein Ort zum Auswandern!!!!

Gute Lage, schönes Häuschen leider mit Mangel

Positiv: Schönes kleines Häuschen, liebevoll eingerichtet und in zentraler Lage. Besonders angenehm war auch der freundliche Empfang durch Patricia und die Nutzung der Fahrräder. Negativ: Leider riecht es zurückgehend auf einen Wasserschaden im ganzen Häuschen unangenehm modrig, besonders im Kinderschlafzimmer.

Petite maison reposante et agréable ... 😀

Les photos sont conformes à la réalité, cette (ancienne) petite maison de pêcheur rénovée avec bcp de gout nous a permis de passer une semaine très agréable malgré les embûches du mauvais temps et du Covid (octobre 2020)... Alors oui je conseil à 200% cette location à ceux qui souhaite louer prêt de l'océan et des commerces ( 2 min à pied ) et à une personne très agréable ( petit cadeaux à notre arrivée ...) Merci Elodie 👍
