Very well laid out apartment complex. Secure and well managed, very comfortable and spacious accommodation. Good communication from booking office and clear and helpful directions & check in procedure. We had a problem with washing machine not working and the matter was very quickly and fully resolved, so everything worked out very well. Will certainly stay here again on regular trips to Milton Keynes.

If you can deal with the faff of check in/out then it’s a decent stay for the money. The key locker is on the opposite side of the building so make sure you read their email before using Google maps to arrive at the address. The photo on their welcome pack showing you where to enter the building is also out of date and looks different. So I prob wasted about 30 mins checking in. Dropping the key off prob on check out adds 15 mins minimum so not ideal if you’re rushing. Nice to have a large lounge area in the appt, bedrooms are small with an uncomfortable bed. Tiny shower cubicle. If I needed to stay in MK again I’d be fine here but it’s nothing special

*Tedious check in procedure - Its not near the hotel, so you'll have to go to a separate location to pick up the keys, dont forget to pay for parking though even if you'll only be there for a few minutes, there's cameras everywhere. *Bad customer service. - I asked for the "free parking" that they mentioned they had. I never got any acknowledgement of that email, then I followed up and they countered with "did you ask for the free parking" I said that I did and screenshot my original email to them, to this day I havent heard back from them. *No "free parking" - So good luck parking, as the meters dont accept coins and you'll have to call and pay by phone, hopefully the number works because it didnt when I called. Its a miracle I never got a parking ticket. *Misleading photos - Photos of a picturesque balcony had me fooled, thats not what you're getting here so dont get your hopes up. My apartment came with a 17" TV and a courtyard view on the 2nd floor. A farcry from the actual photos *Multiple rude emails - They'll basically email you everyday reminding you to get out by 10am on your checkout day or else. Classless. *£180 for service - Yep, you read that right. They give you an emergency number and if they deem what you're calling about a "non emergency" then you get charged £180 for calling them. The fact that this shambles of a "company" feels comfortable telling that to customers says a lot about these people. Stay away, you've been warned.

Great location, lots of room, dirty/dusty (could do with a vacuum). There's a washing machine but no washing powder. Was told that I can buy it at the nearby supermarket. By contrast, dish washing powder was provided as there's a dish washing machine. Needs some blinds to block the lights out at night.
